Horrible experience today. Maybe because it was Mother’s Day but it wasn’t good at all. We got pushed back and another family went In before us when we checked in before them. No waitress greeted up for a long time. I had to ask who was our waitress. The waitress forgot most of our order

I love Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant. I am a member that frequents many of your locations in the Chicagoland areas. However, this visit to the Brookfield location was a bit disappointing. The carpeted floors were not clean - food and crumbs, the server was mediocre at best, and the ambiance was horrible due to construction work. I understand that restaurants go through this sometimes, but a warning would have been polite. Compared with Naperville, Wheeling, and recently the Signature location, Brookfield has a lot of catch-up for the money spent. Make it a priority to clean up your floors and seats better and have your servers show great value to your customers. Your customers work hard in this high-priced economy to hand over our hard-earned income to patronize your business, especially with the cost of dining out. Continue to make Cooper's Hawk restaurant a treat over the regular restaurants. We don't want it to turn into another basic restaurant with high prices.

One of our go to spots. Great braised beef risotto and lobster bisque. Decided on Ahi tuna for a nice lighter meal and it was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Coopers Hawk is always a great dinning experience! As a member, I was both understanding and disappointed that my family and I waited 30mins to be seats as we arrived 5mins ahead of our reservation. This was Mother’s Day weekend so I understand things being busy.

We generally love our experiences at Cooper’s Hawk in Brookfield. Yesterday was chaotic and a miss. We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation, seated in a small table, and served the wrong dish. Overall the service was slow, the restaurant was loud and choatic, and overall the experience really lacked value. We should have chose another restaurant for our family gathering.

Elisa was a very good server. We split an entree and salad and when she brought both out at the same time we asked if she could delay the entree. She did with no issues. Food delicious as always.

We enjoyed a delicious meal celebrating our daughter's 30th birthday. Service from Bella was excellent, attentive, friendly and cheerful. Very glad this was daughter's choice for dinner!

We love Cooper’s Hawk. It is always a treat to eat there. The staff, ambiance, and food are outstanding. There were three of us and we all had the medallions of beef. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was just delicious and I would recommend it. It is noisy and that would be my only complaint. However, it won’t keep us from returning soon.

We were seated promptly, and our dinner was fabulous. But was most impressive was the extraordinary service we received from Brayden. He paid attention to every detail and was most welcoming and attentive. Brayden is a role model for outstanding customer service!

Another great meal at CH! Our server Casey was a delight. The special of the month, Chicken Frances’s, was truly astounding! Good job. That one should be in the regular menu. Chicken Piccata was a close second. Sauce was perfect and enough pasta was provided to soak it up. My husband loved the dessert special. Truly, a great experience.

I visited Coopers Hawk in Brookfield on Sunday. I am a wine club member. I was disappointed with the wine tasting service. We were sitting with empty glasses for awhile and didnt experience that warm, inviting service i have experienced before and late to our lunch reservation. Our server was fantastic, excellent service in the dining room.

From the wine tasting to the meal, Cooper's did not disappoint. Our waitress was awesome and on top of our needs. The new layout is spectacular. We really enjoyed our evening.

Unfortunately both my sisters and I's danas chicken was not edible. The chicken itself was tough and had a weird rubbery consistency— the potatoes were also just blah.

I came in have a problem with my wine order. I forgot the name of the manager. She had a red hair and it was short. The problem got resolved. She was very helpful. I really appreciate her support.

Said they would text when our table was ready and never did. I went to inquire 15 mins after reservation time she said oh, we called your name , didn’t know you’d be at the bar. Got to table took 35 mins to bring our drinks and when finally got them I didn’t get a straw so asked girl who brought drinks if so could get a straw at which she said she would try but she was too busy. So she never got one. Told our waitress who apologized and brought straw. Drinks ended up getting comped. Very unusual as we love COOPERS, Not tonight though.

Great food outstanding service. The restaurant and bar is crowded but fun people. When we were there the exterior showed signs of construction but no work while we were eating. Great place to eat.

We are wine club members and have been for several years and this is one of my favorite restaurants. However, today at lunch, the salmon was dry and very strong tasting, which indicates that it was probably an old piece of salmon. In addition, the server was nice, but not very timely.
