Good lunch experience. More than several items to choose from on a lunch menu. Serving size was just right for lunch. However, two of our party of five ordered sandwiches that included fries and, unfortunately, the fries were not ready so the server did not serve the sandwiches when the rest of us were served. Finally, she served the sandwiches and then the fries came out. A little disappointing for Coopershawk.

Had lunch with a friend. Food was great! The dinning room was empty because it had just opened up. We were a party of 2. They sat a party of 5 right next to us. They were extremely loud. It was had to have a conversation during our lunch. The hostess could have chosen a better spot to sit the party of 5.

We love Cooper’s Hawk and are wine club members. This was our first time at the Algonquin location. Had a wonderful time, our server Joel was excellent. Very attentive and personable. We went on Mother’s Day so it was busy, we were sat fast and service was prompt. Being greeted at the door with a glass of champagne was a nice touch too!

First time at this new location; after many visits to the one in Arlington Heights and South Barrington. Interior warm and welcoming. Noise level as usual is always very high, but we all know that when we plan to go to Cooper's Hawk :). Our server was really great and wait & kitchen staff were working very hard. The food was very good - always so consistently well done. Not inexpensive, but the value for the food and service is definitely there.

The food we had was excellent, our beverages were superb and our server was amazing!!! It was very crowded but the staff and the management did a great job of limiting the chaos.

I treated my mom & daughter to a Mother’s Day lunch. As usual the entrees that we ordered were delicious! I tried the BBQ Chicken Salad for the first time and I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back for that again. Service was excellent as usual.

Sat in bar area. Table had a card on it with our servers name on it but that person never showed up. After about 15 minutes a staff member came over to ask if we have been waited on. Once we told her no she said she would wait our table. Very loud so don’t expect to have good conversation. Whole place is like that. Food was good. Pricing seemed to be higher than competitor’s.

We are so happy that Coopers Hawk open the location In Algonquin that’s less than 10 minutes from our home. Since they’re opening, I can see the improvements in the staffing. We generally make time for a tasting before dinner. It’s fun to talk to other folks about the wine and have a little chocolate truffle to nibble on. The food is always served quickly and accurately. I generally get one of the flatbreads and a chop salad. Delicious. Just the right amount of food. Always save room for dessert! Our server Joel was above and beyond excellent in his attention to us and it never hurts to get a second pretzel bread…!

We always love to dine at Cooper Hawk for special events and celebrations. At your new Algonquin location, the noise level was extremely high. My husband and I could not carry on a conversation because of the noise level. I believe this can be improved upon. I also witnessed 2 small children aged 4-6 crouched under the wine-tasting bar while their parents sampled several wines, unacceptable. Our server Joel was excellent along with the food!

We went for our anniversary and the entire staff was so nice. The hostess found us a table early after the rain forced us inside. Joel, our server, was so kind and attentive. A very memorable experience and we will be coming back, especially if we can get a table with Joel again.

My second time at this wonderful establishment, my girlfriend’s first time. She said, “best food I’ve ever had.” Joel was an amazing server, he recommended the brussel sprouts from the appetizer menu. The brussel sprouts were an AMAZING recommendation and choice. On top of his recommendation, he was an amazing server.

I have Celiac, so no gluten, no cross contamination. No dairy or soy either. They have a huge menu, and are so attentive to details. They have amazing gluten free deserts ! Our server was excellent and knowledgeable. There were 4 of us and I wear hearing aids. The noise level was perfect and it was crowded. No weird echo sounds. We will definitely be back.

It took over 2.5 hours once we were seated to have a flat bread and 2 salads. It took almost an hour to get our wine. The waitress was nice but either overworked or forgot about us since 2 other tables were turned over before we finished and she seemed more attentive to the larger parties she served near us. The food was good but it took way too long to eat since we arrived at 5:30.

Cameo was a very delightful host. The food was delicious, the service was great. Try if for yourself and I'm pretty sure you will write the same review. Made reservations online and sat down within 15 minutes. I'm not a wine drinker but if you are this is the place to be.

Cameo as our waitress was by far the best experience at this Coopers Hawk location we have had. Cameo was so kind to my family and I and it didn’t go unnoticed. She really made for an excellent experience and meal all around. We will definitely ask for Cameo as our waitress from now on, she deserves to be recognized! Excellent service!

We felt neglected by our server. She “lost” our food ticket. Portions were incredibly small. The lunch portion chicken Giadenera came with 2 small pieces of chicken that would make a whole 1/2 boneless breast. It was drowned in the Giadenera to make the plate look full. The portion size wouldn’t even equal the amount of chicken on a chicken sandwich from places like Buona or Portillo’s. VERY poor value. I am a small eater and left hungry even with the bread. I am seriously reconsidering my Wine club membership. I use to stop in often for Glass of wine & the original pork belly tostadas but no more.

As always, the food and service were top notch. It was so loud, however, that I could barely hear my companion speaking. This is my first visit to Algonquin location. The noise was never an issue in either the South Barrington or Arlington Heights locations.

Seated promptly. Noise level uncomfortable. Difficult to carry on a conversation. Waitress got some wine samples took out order and then disappeared. 15 minutes later she brought bread and took order for bottle of wine and disappeared again. Food arrived and we told manager we were waiting for wine with meal. He got the wine. Noise level and inattentive service made the evening frustrating.
