Goodstone Inn offers two unique dining experiences on 265 acres of rolling hillside and farmland in beautiful Middleburg, VA.

The Conservatory at Goodstone is an elegant Fine Dining experience offering upscale Contemporary American cuisine focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Tasting Events and memorable Dinner Experiences are scheduled throughout the year.

The Conservatory is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday from 5 - 9 pm. Guests 14 and older are welcome to dine with us.

It was absolutely amazing. The food was unbelievable- very flavorful in all aspects of the Meal. The service was top notch and we cannot say enough of our experience. We had a wonderful time.

Great experience! We did the tasting menu which was great and did a wine pairing tasting with it. Delicious!

We made it 3 courses through a 7 course meal, 2 of the 3 were so bad we left the restaurant, even though we only made it less than 1/2 way through the meal, we were still charged for a s'mores dessert that we never ordered

This is an excellent choice if you are ready to spend some money for an exceptional evening. The food is superb, the atmosphere elegant, and the service was excellent. They could use a few more dessert choices. We have been going there since it opened and will certainly go back. We haven't stayed there yet, but definitely plan to.

I thought all the food was seasoned very well, and tasty. It was a buffet, so some of the food was not as hot as I would have liked to have eaten, but the taste made up for that. The musicians did a great job during our time there. The staff was very attentive and made sure that you were taken care of.

We were there for a Mother’s Day brunch. Overall a great location. Unfortunately, it was confusing what was pre charged and what we actually paid on the day of the event. Food was good. Service was great. Location was excellent. We will try the bistro next.

Beautiful setting in a glassed in area of the inn and restaurant. Service was impeccable. We had the four course Chef's tasting menu. All selections were highest caliber in taste and presentation. If you want fine dining in an elegant setting, I recommend the Conservatory at Goodstone.

We had an outstanding culinary experience here. We were warmly greeted at the entrance to the Inn, and everything just got better and better after that! The ambiance was perfect, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and all of the food courses were delicious and well-prepared. This was the perfect way to celebrate our 56th anniversary! I would recommend the Conservatory to anyone who enjoys fine dining at its best.
