    My recent dining experience at this restaurant left a favorable impression overall. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was notably personable and attentive throughout the meal, enhancing our visit with her warm demeanor and efficient service. For appetizers, we started with the Blue Point oysters, which were impeccably fresh and served to perfection. The quality of these oysters truly set a high standard for the rest of the meal. Moving on to soups, the Poblano soup delivered a perfect balance of spice and savory flavor, making it a delightful choice. However, the lobster bisque, though creamy, seemed to lack the robust lobster taste I had enjoyed in previous visits, indicating a recent recipe change that didn't quite hit the mark. For our main courses, I opted for the 18oz cowboy steak cooked medium rare, and it was nothing short of amazing. The steak was juicy, tender, and cooked precisely to my liking. Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes that, while decent, didn't stand out compared to more exceptional versions I've had elsewhere. My wife chose the lunch special, a 7oz sirloin, which she ordered medium but received medium rare. Fortunately, the kitchen promptly corrected the error without fuss, reheating the steak to her preference. Overall, this restaurant provided a solid dining experience with standout dishes like the Blue Point oysters and the perfectly cooked cowboy steak. While there were minor misses like the revised lobster bisque and average mashed potatoes, the attentive service from Kaitlyn and the quality of the main dishes left us satisfied. We would gladly return for another meal, perhaps exploring more of their menu offerings next time.

    Overall, this is a great place when it comes to price and quality of food. The downside is that the happy hour crowd, on a Saturday from 12 to 4 PM, completely kills the ambience. Everybody is super loud, and super rowdy. Best to go when there isn’t happy hour.

    We really like Connors and eat there fairly regularly. This time the food was excellent, but it was 40 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our food. The food arrived within 45 seconds of contacting the manager!

    I frequent the Sarasota restaurant and this was the first time in the Ft Myers property. My sister and her husband live in Naples. They were presently surprised and it a great location meeting half way, moving forward! Thanks to Rachel for a great lunch and my birthday dessert!

    The two orders of shrimp & grits were outstanding, so flavorful!! The sirloin steak was excellent done to perfection.

    Have been to Connors many times. I have always enjoyed the Halibut. However, this time it had a very pronounced fishy taste. Didn’t care for it at all.
