Common Ground Bar and Eatery is a neighborhood restaurant and bar situated in the rapidly growing Berry Hill. The menu features approachable yet elevated cuisine, accompanied by a world-class cocktail program. Reservations and walk-ins both welcomed for dinner, lunch, and brunch. The space offers a hip-casual atmosphere designed with a modern-simplistic feel. It also includes a large, covered patio for weather-protected outdoor dining.

The beverage program consists of Wes Taylor, formerly of The Patterson House and M Street Entertainment; and Matt Ramos, a certified sommelier recently at Tony Mantuano's Yolan and Kayne Prime Steakhouse.

Great brunch. I wish there were some small appetizers, fruit, one croissant for one diner, but it was great!

Lovely place for brunch! We had a group of 7, everyone enjoyed their food and the staff was so nice and accommodating!

Had dinner at Common Ground last night, and it was a great experience. The food was good and the drinks were great. The $8 happy hour Old Fashioned is one of the best values in town. We sat at the bar having drinks while waiting on the rest of our party. Wes was a super interactive bartender and made great drinks. Cassidy was our server for dinner. She was very attentive, and even played along with a silly request we put into the reservation note. The food was really good. The scallop portion was a little small for the price with only 4 smallish scallops, but the flavor and cook were good. The smash burger was delicious, would highly recommend. Lastly, my significant other left her phone at the restaurant (blame the old fashioneds!). I called 45 minutes after they closed, and someone still answered confirming it was there. Additionally, I received a call from someone else around lunchtime today. They had cross referenced that table to our reservation and called to let us know they had her phone. Talk about customer service! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary and it was amazing! It’s honestly our new favorite restaurant in Nashville. Wes made us amazing cocktails during common hour. The bacon fat old fashion is a must!! Taylor our server was so attentive. The focaccia was incredible. My husband had the spicy Alfredo pasta and I had the wagu burger. Both unbelievably delicious. Wes and Taylor made our dining experience top notch and included some very special touches for our 35th anniversary. Thank you both! We can’t wait to go back with friends and family! This is truly a hidden gem.

Great food for a neighborhood establishment. Food is very very good, noise level perfect, I wish the ambiance was a little better. Make me feel like I went downtown without going downtown. The food is good enough for that, the decor and overall ambiance can be improved.

We were very optimistic that this would be great restaurant since the yellow porch. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. Will not be back.

Used to go here as a fahen it was Yellow Porch. These guys have maintained the local feel and attention to personal high quality service that makes you feel special at every opportunity. Went there for dinner a few weeks back on date night and it was amazing. returned for mothers' day brunch and it was even better. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THEIR CARROT CAKE OR CARROT CAKE FRENCH TOAST! simply amazing!
