There was insufficient staff to service the tables that were occupied. We waited at least a half an hour for our drinks and they were not done correctly. Food was well prepared and very good however, the frustration with the service put a damper on the evening.

Nice and elegant restaurant. The menu selection has a variety of steaks, short ribs, chicken and yummy fish and shellfish. We had the sea bass with quinoa and I had the seafood pasta. I’d encourage you to go in early because they almost ran out of the seamoss special and the grouper was all gone. But my second choice was still yummy. The pasta was delicious and it had clams, squid, shrimp, and scallops. They also serve breakfast and lunch.

Second time visiting Commelfo. Both times, the food and service were amazing. We will be back. A bit noisy, but an incredible dining experience.

Well done, all the way around. It wasn't perfect, but Commelfo' sure was a pleasant surprise. Its curb appeal hides what's inside: a nicely appointed establishment, an appropriately attentive and professional staff, with a strong menu. Several reviews aren't wrong: the dishes we enjoyed wouldn't hurt from a bit more flavor. Oh, and the music (speaker) system needs to get fixed. Classy move, as well, to bring us a delicious brownie with cream and fruits for our anniversary ... thank you. We'll see you again one of these days, Commelfo.

Wouldn’t return. Steak was good but other food was really lacking. I know this is locally owned but I wouldn’t return

I had listed that we were celebrating a birthday in the reservation however it looks like they forgot until we had to remind them at the end of the dinner. The server said she had no idea so apparently there some miscommunication between the host and the server. Otherwise, everything else during the meal was fine.
