The Comida Cantina is located inside The Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado. Our Cantina is a full service, sit down, neighborhood joint serving the street food you’ve come to love and crave along with beautifully crafted cocktails, rotating locavore specials and a newsworthy Brunch specials on Saturdays and Sunday. We’ve kept our prices modest while keeping the integrity of our ingredients and efforts high. We miss COMIDA in Prospect/Longmont!! We did have to send back our queso dip as it was barely lukewarm. Everything was still very good for a very busy Friday night.

We would not return to this restaurant because of the neglectful service. We had to go find a service person to give us more silverware, and we brought a cake for our son's birthday and had to ask several times for plates and forks even though they encouraged us ahead of time to bring the cake ourselves.

We love the eclectic menu here. Griddled tacos are a staple for us and I always check out the daily specials. Service was great. Perfect start to the weekend!

The first time we ate at Comida, they were at The Source. We were 5 people so were able to try lots of different dishes -- and we loved them all. That was quite a while ago, and for no specific reason, we hadn't been back. But last night's dinner was great. Guacamole, house margarita, a bowl with carnitas, chicken quesadillas. Generous delicious portions. Attentive and friendly service. And because the place is big and we had a corner table, the noise level was doable.

Good Mexican Food, prompt service, set up for groups of family and friends. We had a party of (7) and it worked out fine. The food was good, spicy when asked for and hot. We had mostly tacos all around, chips salsa guacamole and margaritas and everyone was really full. The atmosphere is a bit loud which is okay but kinda hard to hear one another at a large table.

It's getting hard to find good food and good service. We don't even try much anymore. But we were at the Stanley for "The Infinite" and wanted dinner afterward so we decided to try Comida. We were pleasantly surprised how good and fresh everything was, from the margaritas to the food. Even my watermelon jalapeno margarita tasted like fresh watermelon juice instead of some supersweet, icky syrup. We ordered beef fajitas, and green chile tamales, and both were the best we've had anywhere. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided it was worth the drive from Erie and will be returning soon and often. Thank you, Comida, for caring about your patrons and for making our Valentine's date night a lovely experience!

We love coming to the drag brunch, but the food is awful. It is so expensive and just not worth it. It took over an hour for us to even get our food, and it was not even edible.

Very pleasant staff from hostesses to server. Food was really pretty good although the margaritas were just OK with too much salt. Somehow we managed to have pretty empty plates!

We had a server who knew he was getting 20 percent gratuity for our table of 8 as he announced it at the beginning. Transparency is good and I get the reasoning but if you get 20 percent automatically you still have to be a good server in my book. He dropped the ball on checking on us, didn’t see how the food was or if we needed anything, didn’t refill our drinks. We had some things we needed to make the meal better but we couldn’t track him down. When he finally stopped by we asked what he had on tap and he pointed at the QR code, and said all the beer is listed here, but there was attitude with the comment like, look it up your self I told you that’s where it was before, kind of a vibe. This was his third comment with a condescending attitude so at that point we asked for the manager. The manager was totally on it and did an awesome job of taking over, comped some drinks and made sure we were very happy with the service after that so that did help. The food was good but not amazing so on top of the server being rude we probably won’t be back.

Waited a while for our table to be greeted but once we got our food we realize it was worth the wait. I hope they have heat lamps for the winter.

Experience was fine for the most part, but ended poorly. After finishing our meal, my husband and niece were still finishing their drinks. We'd been seated for about 40 minutes and were going to leave as soon as they finished. The host came up to our table, asking how everything was and then once we said everything was good, he told us they had a reservation for our table and we needed to leave. And to be clear, we weren't walk-ins, we had a reservation as well and had barely finished eating. We weren't planning on lingering. There were also several other empty tables around us. Once he walked away, others came and cleared the entire table and even took the water carafe I was about to pour from, leaving me with nothing else to drink. The whole experience just soured me on ever returning.

Tacos were mushy, poorly constructed, and exceptionally salty. Margarita was made with what tasted/looked like orange juice and had almost no tequila in it. Server and expediter were lovely, but food ruined the experience.

A colorful and lively place, with a nice patio! The food was delicious but a bit too spicey to us :) Cocktails were yum! Staff was friendly and fast!

We had a reservation and got seated for a table quickly. Then after 15 minutes, I flagged someone down to ask of we had a server... assigned to our table ? The Mgr then took our drinks, while they finally got us a waitress.

We weren’t too impressed. We ordered a couple of apps, drinks and entrees. None of us fully finished our meals. They weren’t bad, they just weren’t good either. Nice large patio but sun protection is spotty. We see no reason to come back here.

What has happened to the food? We were here a year ago and it was wonderful. We came back to have the unique and delicious chilaquiles. This time what we got was a soggy enchilada bowl with an egg on the top! Hardly worth the $120+ we spent. So disappointed.

Food was great, but policy about $15/head no-show is ludicrous! Then we waited over an hour from order until food arrived at table. I should’ve charged $15/five-minutes we waited for food after a reasonable period. Clearly only their time is valuable.

Food was good, drinks were ok, but service wasn’t great. The restaurant was busy, but not busy enough that it should have impacted service. We had to continually work to get our server’s attention. Each time she appeared bothered. Drinks had to be requested twice on a few occasions. Dirty dishes and glasses weren’t picked up until the very end after apps, dinner, rounds of drinks. We may try again, but not for a while.
