I was welcomed by the friendliest host who graciously seated me. Our server Anthony was very professional and down to earth. We enjoyed the food and loved the atmosphere. I will definitely return to try some other menu options.

I have been to Collettas for my birthday twice. This was two of my friend’s first time coming and they were disappointed. While we were greeted with a complimentary flight of drinks, we did have to wait 10 minutes just for water. Two of my friends ordered chicken parm. The pasta was undercooked and the chicken was over cooked. The Caesar salad my friend ordered didn’t come, he had to remind them he ordered one. Disappointing to say the least. We hype up the restaurant to many just for us to not receive a good experience.

The Food was great! The alcoholic drinks were so good too!! We will be back for this delicious Italian food for sure. The fish on the menu was the only meal at our table that was not liked. Definitely Get the pasta and pizza dishes here.

Thank you to the Colletta team for making my wife’s birthday dinner an enjoyable experience. We had two other couples join us and everyone was very happy. I spoke to Austin a few days before the dinner and Anthony did a great job taking care of us!

This is one of the best meals we’ve had in a while! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress, Kristi, was great and made sure we were taken care of all night.

love the location and the ambiance of the restaurant. it can be loud in the restaurant. foor is typically exceptional, with the exception of this meal preperation. The porkchop can in exceptionally overdone. so much so it was difficult to cut. I did not send it back because it was getting late in the evening. I bought 8 people there for a birthday celebration.

This is one of our favorite places. I really enjoyed the mushroom pizza and the tagliatelle, but my husband was very disappointed in the chicken parm and burrata is not worth $18. The chicken parm is his go-to but it was bland and was not like what he normally orders. I’m not sure what may have changed. The burrata used to be such a highlight that we ordered it every single time, the pizza-crust bread they served with it and the olives were amazing. They’ve changed it several times over the years and we wish they would bring back the original!! Now the cheese itself is half the size and served with asparagus, no bread. We were disappointed. I also wish they would bring back the farfalle with crab in a lemon butter sauce. It was divine! We will be back and we hope they bring back our favorites soon!

This was the second time we have been to this restaurant. The first experience was stellar. Last night not so much. We were seated late and the service was REALLY slow. Took forever to even get drinks. Then all of our food came out at different times. Over all just not a great dining experience. The food really is delicious though. Sadly, because of last night, I think we will spend our money elsewhere in the future.

My boyfriend and I ate at Coletta for his birthday dinner last night and had the most amazing time! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the wonderful hostess and sat down to enjoy dinner it was all perfect! Ryan was outstanding guiding us throughout the meal and made great recommendations for wine and dinner options. The meatballs and the “scampi” Nero pasta were my favorites!! I’m not a dessert person but loved both the vegan chocolate and the fruit/meringue options. Finally, we received the most thoughtful gift at the end of the meal which put such a special touch and genuine experience we will never forget. Kudos to Colletta’s staff both front and back of the house!!

We had the Margarita Pizza and Lasagna. The lasagna was fantastic and the pizza was great too. Our server, Steven, was friendly and kept a good pace for our dinner. The Chianti was delicious and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience! Our waiter was very helpful helping my husband choose a glass of wine. My NC bass was the most amazing fish I’ve ever had!! Wish I had my leftovers right now!! Definitely will go back!!

The mussels were not fresh, the bread came late after asking for it a few times, the pizza was dry, only the shrimp scampi was good. The service was mediocre, the server was not totally with it. The music was too loud. The table was so small that fitting all our food on it became too cramped and difficult to eat at. I would not go back.

I’m not a fan of the new spring menu. The choices of the meals are too heavy. The steak was very spicy and unexpected to much garnish on it. There was a large party we were told our food would be 20 min behind. When we got our meal I feel like it was rushed because it was not fully cooked. Our waitress was awesome and apologetic and we were compensated for our wait. The manager never came over which I’m surprised because they are really good about pleasing their customers. Overall I will go back because this was one bad experience and unusual

Overall it’s a pretty solid restaurant we both had the meatballs 7/10 the lasagna 6/10 the chicken parm 7.5/10 and the donuts for dessert 10/10. The service was incredible and would absolutely go back

Service was amazing. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I have to say. This restaurant use to have incredible food, but we went for Easter dinner and it was just plain awful. No taste in most dishes. I got the pork chop and it was way overcooked with no flavor. The burrata appetizer now doesn’t come with bread, which is so bizarre for burrata. The salads were very bland and my husband did not like his pasta. For the prices it’s not at all worth it. It makes me sad because this place use to be one of my favorites. Management needs to take a hard look at their menu, quality of food and prices. I also NEVER write reviews, but I felt strongly about how much this restaurant has gone down hill.

As far as service, probably one of the best, over the top experiences ever. From the White staff to the general manager, they went above and beyond. Javon, Vinny and Macy were spectacular. One of our guests was a bit under the weather, and Macy went next-door to their sister restaurant to see if they had soup for her! Vinny visited the table with their selection of tease to see if a complementary cup of her favorite would be something she would like. Never saw that before and probably won’t again unless of course, I return to Colletta! Which I most definitely will.

We have been here many times and overall it is very good. One common pet peeve: the hostess walked my wife and I past several tables for two that were much more preferable than a table for four in a separate room by ourselves. We had to complain that we didn’t want to sit in a room by ourselves when there were plenty of other options. They did move us but I found it annoying. BTW, we had reservations.
