This restaurant housed in a former bank building in the heart of downtown Tipp City offers quality dining in a small-town setting. The decor is warm and welcoming and is a delight for the senses. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while the full bar allows patrons a relaxing stop while awaiting a fabulous meal. The inviting atmosphere encourages relaxed conversation. You may be surprised to find that a restaurant in such a small town has some rather sophisticated choices on the menu alongside your more normal fare, with entrees such as ostrich being offered. If you are looking for a decadent dessert, look no further than the butter-drenched English Tea Cake! An easy drive from all points in the Dayton area, words cannot do it justice. A visit is a must and will be the first of many.

The perfect lunch spot for leisure, business, or celebratory dining. Every time I am in Tipp, I have to go! Coconut carrot soup, vegan street tacos, and carrot cake - delicious! Highly recommend. Great service, and friendly staff.

If you want the best burger COME HERE!! Most places cannot get the temp correct. Medium could mean still mooing or burnt to a crisp…. Coldwater has it down!!! Thanks Coldwater for being awesome!!

The food was delicious & the service was great! We each had salads that were wonderfully fresh with added salmon that was moist & full of flavor. The potato and leek soup needs to be a regular offering it was so good. Kelly, of course, always makes our experience enjoyable. Thanks!

As always, this Gem in Tipp is always great and doesn’t disappoint!! Had to give it a 4 star on food as Mrs. Katie was enjoying a much deserved time away with Family!! See you, Nick and the Crew again soon!!

I have had some health issues and wad laid up the last year. Is it possible Cold Water Cafe has gotten even better? Great evening.

The food and service were outstanding! I highly recommend the C-Cafe for any occasion. Chef Katy has put together an inspiring menu of well balanced tantalizing culinary delights. Prices are very reasonable including the wine list. (Cafe doesn’t put high margins on wine like most other establishments). Our server Kelly was slammed on a Saturday night but delivered great personal service without missing a beat! Anyone would be happy with the great service or the food but we got both!!

Zachary was our server and did an excellent job. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Always watched our table in case we needed something. Two of us had the pork ribeye. Very tender and the not so spicy jelly was a perfect glaze. Love the quant Tipp City. So nice to have an excellent restaurant downtown. Will go back again.
