* The Brewhouse - Our main restaurant and drinks area is a cool wooden interior with references to beer throughout. It's all about atmosphere! Dog-friendly.

* Pizza & Prosecco Floor - A gorgeous interior on our first floor. Our microbrewery and pizza oven are on this floor, so you can watch our team in action as they cook and brew for you.

* Rooftop Terrace - Cocktails, beers and an exclusive food menu served under a glorious view of Edinburgh Castle. Our iconic rooftop is perfect for any outdoor occasion

Last bookings for food are at 8.45pm, later bookings will only be for drinks. Please note that our Terrace closes at 10pm daily.

We ate lunch and had a cocktail both extremely good, service was excellent and the setting lovely and quiet. Overall good value for money and the roof top setting something a wee bit different.

Overall if you are lucky to go on a nice day to the terrace it COULD be worth it. We had a reservation and thought we would be okay as it wasn’t raining, but they were not staffing the terrace. The rest of the restaurant was decent. We had an issue with payment (but thank goodness we requested the receipt) which took a while to correct. The slip we confirmed the total was correct but when we ran our card it was for a different amount. Staff was friendly otherwise, food was decent. We just didn’t get to experience the spectacular 5-star atmosphere of the terrace. Came back the next day to see if they’d have a spot for my sister and I just long enough to have one beer on the roof but they were fully booked for the evening.

Thank you for your review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the move inside due to the poor weather. We believed it was the best possible option as the rooftop terrace isn't fully protected from the rain and wind. Additionally, we are sorry for the mistake with the being charged for the wrong table, however we tried to recitfy the issue as quickly as possible. We hope to see you back soon so you can experience the full 5* atmosphere of our terrace. Many thanks Leona

Went here to celebrate finishing exams, Server was lovely but after going through everything and explaining we didn’t want the cheese on the Stockbridge pizza they still put it on and my friend hates cheese and after waiting 40 mind for the pizzas then she had to send it back which was deeply annoying! Once that was sorted then the food was very good!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the food once the issue was resolved. We're truly sorry about the mix up with the cheese on the Stockbridge pizza. That pizza comes without cheese as a standard and toppings need to be manually added so we can only imagine there must have been a breakdown in communication here. We do understand how frustrating it can be though and we apologise for this situation. An interesting place but it certainly lived up to its name. It was COLD - on a sunny day. Everything was in shadow and no heating was working. The fire pit in the middle of our table was not working. On asking if it could be lit, our waitress said "No! Did you not bring a fire with you?" Heaters were not working and a glass tube with a flame inside kept going out. We needed spirits that up and they were pricey! Pizzas were good.

Great pub with many levels and rooftop terrace with castle view. They do a table keg for beers which is really cool.

Good food, good portion sizes, you get plenty for your money, we definitely ordered too much. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Casual chill vibe, good for an easy meal or drink out.
