We’re regulars for Sunday brunch but our friends had never been before and they had a great time. The avocado toast with lox is delicious and my wife enjoyed her salad with salmon. Ashley did a wonderful job taking care of us!

The place was half empty but still had to wait "5 minutes" before being seated. Another 10 minutes after being seated by what seemed like a manager who approached us for drink orders. Maybe understaffed? Food is great as usual. Asked for extra chimichurri sauce on the side with the $52 red snapper dish and they charged an extra $1 for that! As is $52 for a dish was not enough, a little extra sauce came with a charge! Just a shame to do that.

Our over all experience was very good, however, there was a large group that were particularly noisy which distracted from the usual ambiance. The service was slower than usual also, not sure if there was a staffing issue. I had noted on the reservation that it was a birthday celebration, there was no reference made to this at all and usually the waiter identifies who the birthday celebrant is and at the very least wishes them a happy birthday. This was disappointing I have to say, and not the usual standard at Coin and Candor.

We had a wonderful dining experience outside overlooking the waterfall! The red snapper, charred avocado salad, Caesar Salad and chicken were tasty selections that we enjoyed. Max was very attentive and kind in seeing that we had everything we needed. Coin & Candor is always a lovely outing!

A little louder than I recall from previous visits but there was a birthday being celebrated at a nearby table. The food and service were excellent as ever. I miss the comfier and quieter ambiance of the place before it was remodeled but this is still one of my absolute favorite places to meet.

Appetizers were ok. They had great options so we tried a bunch. Nothing impressive. The steak entree was probably my favorite. I would def come back just for the chocolate bar on their dessert menu. Cocktails too were pretty good. I think I can understand the pricing considering the place, but the dishes were extremely small and over priced for what it was. If they all tasted incredibly amazing, I would give it to them but the dishes were lacking.

Pros- Best meal I’ve had in a long time. From the fresh-baked pretzel loaf with mustard compound butter, the amazingly innovative seasonal vegetable side dishes, to the incredibly light, barely sweetened strawberry coupe dessert, I could barely contain my joy. I can’t wait to go back and work my way through the menu. The service was lovely and welcoming and all the hosts and servers called us by name from when we arrived until we left. The space is lovely and the outdoor seating overlooks the hotel’s spectacular waterfall. The space is light and bright and the interior lights were dimmed as the sun went down creating a very romantic atmosphere. Cons - the service was rather slow but in hindsight it was nice to not feel rushed through the meal to turn over the table. The worst aspect was the noise level. It seems that many restaurants are now going for a sleeker design and carpeting and fabric-upholstered seats/booth are giving way to hard, slick surfaces that do nothing to absorb sound. The result is so noisy that normal conversation is nearly impossible so you’re speaking louder adding to the problem. Next time we’ll go when the weather is warmer and ask to sit outside where I think the roar of the waterfall will be quieter.

Service was slow and the food was cold. In the end, we were not charged for all meals, but it didn’t matter. Won’t be back.

This was an awful experience for many reasons, wrong food, long wait time for food, non existent server, etc…. The manager tried to make it right and brought what was an awesome desert and lots of attention, as well as comping the disastrous meal. Definitely not what we expected for a special lunch with friends who were visiting.

We had a delicious Sunday brunch sitting outside on the patio. Our service from Max was excellent as he helpful and had a good sense of humor. Made for a lovely experience which we will definitely duplicate!

First time I went to Coin & Candor, I loved it and knew that’s where I wanted to take my best friend for his birthday. This time, unfortunately I got a little sick after my meal. It was probably a one off. My friend loved his food but my food didn’t agree well with me. I look forward to returning and hopefully having a better experience.

Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal, from the moment you enter the hotel. What more can you expect from a Four Seasons? The opening of the doors, the warm gentle smile, the welcoming to their hotel. The customer service was amazing and I cannot express how amazing it felt to be in an environment where there was nothing but great service, warm smiles and positive energy all around. In today’s date, it’s very hard to find great customer service, so many rude employees and waitresses/hostess I have experienced too often recently in the past few years. All the wonderful employees seemed super excited to be at work and ready to help you. Thank you for a wonderful experience and the hospitality. I will be back often for breakfast with my family.

This is one of my favorite spots for breakfast or lunch. The food is great, the ambiance is wonderful, but if you sit outside facing the waterfall, then you’ll be sure to enjoy your outing to the max.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Food and drinks were tasty, just portions were little small. Everything thing else were awesome. Definitely recommend getting their fresh baked breads. Absolutely will cone back.

As always the Coin and Candor does not disappoint. The atmosphere,service and food is wonderful. They were extremely busy as it was Valentines Day. We waited for quite awhile for our entrees. All of a sudden a manager George came over and brought us an appetizer and also offered wine for the delay. He knew that we were almost at the point of where is our dinner. But he made it right. Always feel like we matter when we dine there. Love it.

Our lunch experience was not great. Hostess seated us right away which was wonderful but it went downhill from there. Our waitress took our drink order that included a bottled still water, bottle of wine and a glass of juice. Within 2 mins of taking the order she’s back pouring ice water in our glasses. Ok, mistakes happen, easily remedied. Someone brought the water bottle. 5 minutes go by, she returns because she forgot what wine we ordered. Ok, she didn’t write it down and forgot. Easily remedied, we showed her on the menu which bottle we ordered. A few minutes later we see the juice up at the bar, so we waited and waited and waited. 15 more minutes go by. Our server is at the other end of the room, clearing tables, filling water at other tables, going into the back, but never came with our drinks that were ready and waiting. We tried to flag her down to no avail. I finally had to go to the hostess stand and request a new server since ours was clearly not going to take care of us. Immediately we had another server and I believe a manager at our table with our drinks and wine, and they took our food order and tried very hard to provide good service at that point forward. We could see that at least 2 other tables near us were experiencing poor service to the point other guests had to go find a manager to get things back on track. The food was great, managers were great, but the waitstaff is definitely not Four Seasons quality. We won’t return, too many other good options in the area with dependably great service.

Restaurant staff always seem disengaged and uninterested in being there. Plates are not cleared. I am filling my own wine glass. Service is good but definitely not up to expectations at a Four Seasons property. Food is good but the lunch menu suffers from a lack of...well, lunch items. I enjoy going here but for a better value and experience nearly and newly opened Crawford's Social House is up to the task

Everything here is delicious! I will literally cry if they ever remove the grilled avocado from the menu. Sooooo good. The rife sourdough is divine. The red snapper is amazing! The service and ambiance are incredible. I’d go everyday if I could!

Unfortunately the little gems salad came with wilted lettuce and the avocado was already turning brown. Disappointed as most four seasons have impeccable standards - this one fell flat. Our waiter could not have been nicer - was really a problem with the kitchen and produce.

Great food, as always. But, the service wasn't the usual 5-star experience. 6 or 7 people serviced our table, and it wasn't easy until near the end who our lead server was. One of 4 drink orders was messed up, and by the time it was fixed, we'd half finished the other 3(we tried to wait to toast, but the ice was melting!). We were never asked about wine until after our entrees had been served; we did get to try some recommended wines, but our food began to cool off before we got our 4 glasses. We ordered desserts (both excellent!) and were given a third to make up for the drink and wine issues; a nice gesture, but we didn't need a third dessert after the big meal. We were seated nearest to the kitchen, and it was loud and when the kitchen doors opened, we could smell what seemed like burnt food. Overall, terrific food, but the service was not up to Four Seasons standards. We hate to write anything negative about Coin & Candor, but felt they should know about the service.
