Food was good. Not the best filet - under seasoned but cooked perfect. Have to say I’m happy not to get another over salted meal. Ribs were amazing. Server, Riley, was on it and sweet as could be. Asked him for recommendations and he delivered. Even told us his favorite sides combinations with the ribs. Checked back but gave us room to just be and check arrives right in time.

Coastal Kitchen is our favorite lunch spot. The key lime pie is a do not miss menu item. Even if you don't like key lime pie, there's a good chance you will like THIS key lime pie.

Your restaurant is impossible to get a hold of on the phone or via the OT app. We tried multiple times to make changes to our reservation and could not get an answer for over a week.

Great location on PCH & your choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Menu was diverse enough to offer a good selection without being off putting. Each item I had was well prepared & presented. A nice So Cal vibe lends to the experience. You can't go wrong with Coastal Kitchen.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Orange County. The food and service are always 10/10. Today on Mother’s Day I had a 1pm reservation for my mom and I. We arrived a bit early and were seated immediately. I understand the crowds for Mother’s Day, but we were definitely being rushed. We sat around 12:55, immediately ordered drinks and were prompted to order immediately. We hadn’t looked at the menu so the server left and came back about 3 minutes later. We ordered our food just after 1pm and it came out just after 1:10. So incredibly fast that. Too fast. We were trying to enjoy our day. When we slowed down eating (but didn’t have empty plates) we were asked probably 3 times if we were done. We ended up staying to have more beers and order dessert. In the end it was fine but we felt as though they maybe overbooked reservations and were trying to turn tables. I have never felt like this at Coastal kitchen in the past.

I had asked for a quiet table in the back of the dining room in a booth by the kitchen. While we were seated in a booth it was along the glass windows and was so noisy we were unable to hear my elderly father who finally just gave up trying to talk as he couldn’t be heard.

The food was outstanding including the prime dip sandwich, BBQ ribs and the Scottish salmon. The desserts were all delicious and the service was impeccable…highly recommend!

Honestly, very disappointed, food was decent, but had a bowl of clam chowder that you couldn’t put less soup in if you tried other food was good but not for the value. Service was very mediocre. Had to ask several times for items missing.

The food is consistently fantastic here! The best crabcakes I've ever had: lump crab instead of a bunch of fillers! I can't decide on my favorite dish as everything is fresh, quality, and delicious! Also the best key lime pie I've ever had! I LOVE the decor as well!

An off night for the CC crew. They were rushing to close because of a computer swap out and service was off as a result.

We sat outside and it was a little chilly. Not the fault of the restaurant. Our food was quite good- porch chop and ahi. Fried cauliflower was a bit boring and under seasoned. But all in all a nice experience.

Coastal Kitchen is a reliable favorite of mine. The menu is wonderful - lots of selection. It’s my “something for everybody” kind of place. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu & the rib dinner is my very favorite. I’ve been there with friends, family members and guests when they come to town. Everyone is always happy! My only criticism is it’s way too noisy. Be wonderful if there was a solution for that!!

This is among our favorite restaurants. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody interested in the Dana point area.

A lovely lunch for three on the patio on a Monday. Food was delicious, including salmon and both salads (every salad is great...can't go wrong with either of the five choices). Service was fantastic (just didn't catch her name). The best of everything was the smoked trout dip...a must for lunch or dinner.

The hostess provided a choice of seats. The server, forgot her name, she was very professional and friendly, she made the dining experience special. Food was excellent as usual
