This was quite the experience with the high level of attention, amazing food, and wine knowledge by staff. Not something we could afford to do more than once every few years, it definitely do it once.

Once again, the COAST experience pleased us to no end. The “Ellen and Eli” wine dinner was spectacular! And we so enjoy the Coast staff! I hesitate to mention particular people, as everyone is wonderful. Zach and Sam were standouts. Thank you again…..hope to see you at the next wine event. 😊

Had a wonderful, beautiful dining experience at Coast on Sunday night for my wife's 60th birthday. The food was outstanding, beautifully plated, and the entire staff, Zach, Meredith, Roberto, and the rest of the team provided delightful, knowledgable, and most happy, pleasant service.

I ate at coast last night with my son. It was an exceptional 6 course meal and experience. We had a private room and server dedicated exclusively to us. Wonderful service, great preparations by the chef. We live nearby but now want to go for a weekend anyway.

We enjoyed our experience, food was very good (order duck if available!) and the service was fantastic! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and truly appreciated attention of each staff member to every detail ! We would like to thank sommelier Sam who was exceptional throughout our stay.

When I pay $420 for dinner for two, I’d like to leave full and at the very least think the food was exceptional. The appetizer came with 1 oyster, 1 clam and 1 fried clam, yes 1 fried clam I mean really? For $145 per person that what you get? The main course was duck and it was 1 ounce piece. Very very disappointed.

My wife and I chose Coast for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner. The experience was incredible. We have travelled worldwide and this special night was extraordinary. The service, food and ambiance was superb.

Coast is an exceptional dining experience. The food is beyond delicious due to the way they combine herbs and flavors and sauces with the main entree. You cannot get food so beautifully done anywhere else! The service is exceptional with the Manager, Meredith watching over all details. A beautiful experience of taste, texture, and color. Truly a meditation on the refined technique of preparing quality cuisine, and enjoying each aspect. The entire wait staff was fantastic, especially Elaine and Baylor. We truly felt pampered. Highly recommended!

I loved my experience at Coast and would highly recommend that anyone in the area treat themselves. This was recommended to me as a bucket list restaurant and the food and service didn’t disappoint. Every staff person I met treated me wonderfully and each server gave very detailed descriptions of the food. The food itself was excellent. It is a must if you want to challenge your palette and be treated to a wide variety of excellent cuisines. My favorite dishes were the seafood appetizers (all were fantastic) - salmon and a trio of clam, mussel and oyster- and the fluke with the lobster and corn tart.

Nothing spectacular about the menu. The wine parings were not great, and we didn't finish 3 of the glasses. food was under-seasoned and left a lot to be desired.

Salmon was very salty. Dessert was cloyingly sweet. The apricot in the lamb dish was excessively charred. Rest of the dinner was fine. Wine choices were very good.

Overall pretty good meal. Starters and dessert need some work. The ambience of coast isn’t as festive as the bar & grill even though they’re the same restaurant (coast is just the room behind ).

An anniversary dinner that we will remember for the quality of the food, wine and service. My wife and I had different tasking courses and matched wines. The combination of the food, the wine, the service and the atmosphere made it exceptional and far above anything in the Northeast. Coast at the Ocean House never disappoints and is especially outstanding in the off season. The staff presented us with gifts post dinner. Uncalled for but much appreciated. Shout outs to the new sommelier, Anthony, and Meredith. Informative, polite, and attentive. We look forward to your next adventure with Coast.

Spa experience a disaster. Other guests (sightseers) intruded into private experience and were not removed. Room service never answered phone. Had to go up to kitchen to place order. Several items in room did not work. Food just okay; style but no substance. Microscopic portions. I have to been to several “4 star” resorts (Claridges, George V - Four Seasons) and Ocean House is no where near their caliber.
