They didn’t have spoons so they gave us plastic spoons. They ran out because it was busy for Mother’s Day. Food was average at best.

I took my wife to their Mother’s Day brunch and the food was delicious, but the service from Cardel N made our experience even better. He was very attentive and offered great food suggestions. We will be back soon.

Everyone in the restaurant were super friendly from the hostess to the waiter. Food was fabulous. Cajun crab dip and chicken bites are a must try. Unfortunately we were seated under an awning that is apparently broken and I got a bit hot as were there for lunch. We would have liked some shade but we still had a great meal. I would definitely go again

Mother’s Day brunch for our first time here. The staff was friendly, greeted us quickly (even gave a rose to the mothers upon entry), and server took great care of us all meal. Food was delicious, and had tons of options for everyone. Will definitely return to try out dinner service.

Mothers Day brunch was great! Food was as usual at Coalition very good. Only issue was we were sitting in full sun on the patio without umbrella to help relieve us from the heat of the baking sun, when all other large tables had an umbrella. When asking if we could move an umbrella over to help us out we were told by our server they were not allowed to move the umbrellas. Overall we had a fun family experience but yes it was a toasty one!

Went for the first time this past weekend for Brunch for Mother’s Day. My husband and I sat at the bar and really enjoyed ourselves. Service, Drinks & Food were all great!!! Little pricy but it is Sunday Brunch is Alpharetta so that is expected.

The waiter was very inattentive. He brought waters never took our drink order, took our food order and didn’t come back for a while. I asked questions about the menu items and he gave NO insight or information. He said stuff like “it’s good, I’ve just never tried it”. Appetizers came and we had no silverware or straws for our water. Finally took my drink order and my drink was supposed to be smoked. It was clearly sitting for a long time because the ice was melted and there was no smoke when he removed the lid. Mac and cheese had a green tint to it. Plating was terrible. Shrimp overcooked, everything was very sub par including the food and service.

Enjoyed every bit of it. From the time my husband and I arrived, we were met with warmth and compliments by the owner. The ambiance was beautiful. We enjoyed the stuffed shrimp and scallops. They had great options for cocktails and mock-tails. We finished with some beignets outside and enjoyed Danielle the live entertainment while we enjoyed our time. 10/10 xoxo Mr & Mrs Curtis🌷

We saw the reviews and was really excited to try them out. We had an issue with our reservation but they still accommodated us. We ordered the rockefeller oysters and pamersan bites for starters, both are super yummy. My 5yo daughter is really picky with food but she absolutely loved the bites! For mains we ordered the Delmonico Ribeye, the broiled fishermen plate, the Strip and a cheeseburger kids meeal. All were super good and cooked to preference. The only reason why we didnt give a 5 is just that the tables were pretty close together so it was tight and it was tough to have a private conversation otherwise everything was awesome!

It was Mother’s Day weekend and it was sunny outside, and the breeze was flowing through the atmosphere. My son and I sat at the bar and the bartender was outstanding. The music was from my generation. The food was hot and served in a timely manner, considering it was Mother’s Day weekend. Everything was bar none outstanding. I was introduced to the banana margarita and the passionfruit margarita both must have. Also try the imperial grilled oysters. Delicious.

The food was mediocre. The waitstaff was too busy trying to be clever and funny and it came off patronizing and disingenuous. The ambience was decent inside but the outside patio was more lovely. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious.

Everything from the check-in, wait staff, and food was great! I would've given it a 5 star, but the dish I ordered on the daily special menu was out, and I wasn't made aware until after I placed my order. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time indulging in the char-grilled oysters, lobster tail, and steak. I would definitely recommend!

Coalition used to be our go to for reasonably priced good food. The past. Two visits have really shown a steep uptick in price and the food was of far lesser quality. Overpriced salad that I could have had at most fast food restaurants. The staff was great. Cocktails are good. Likely won’t be back unless something changes.

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the oyster sampler and the crab dip for the starters. They both were a 10/10!!! I ordered the lobster roll and my husband had the Salmon BLT. We were totally pleased with the food. Our server talked too much and forgot to put our order in for the lobster Mac & cheese, which was bad, considering we were looking forward to that. Our server also was sitting out on the patio area just chatting it up with his co-worker. That was a bad look and very unprofessional. However, the food was great! We will be back, we just won’t have him as our server.

Probably the best oysters I've had in my life, which is saying something because I grew up on the coast and love New Orleans. The Banana margarita is phenomenal and our waiter Juan was amazing. All around excellent experience.

This was our third time going here and I must say each time was an experience! From the excellent customer service right down to the delicious foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves oysters, please request their special Coalition oysters, they are simply amazing. Shoutout to our favorite waiter, Curtis. He is very knowledgeable with the menu and provides excellent recommendations.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The effort that is put into the ambiance and the cuisine is top tier to be outside of the city of Atlanta. If you are going to have a nice size bill, I believe the coalition is worthy of it. I had the OYSTERS for startes along with the HANDHELD crab cake sandwich. Let's talk FRESH seafood, and we can talk about the coalition, lol. I am a pescatarian, so fresh seafood gives me LIFE. I have never been a fan of macaroni & and cheese, but their macaroni is on another level. Im a fan of white cheddars, and it wasn't too much, and the bread topping on the mac... "chefs kiss". The only reason I did not give this restaurant 5 stars and it breaks my heart not to but when me and my partner arrived we were greeted by the owner with a Stare down and a "do you have a reservation." Lol , Adorable woman but ma'am there were 2 guests there. Did it matter if we had a reservation?? Say Hello and welcome us to the coalition then we can talk reservations which I always make for me and my love date days. I know we seemed out of place because we are a younger , blk couple maybe but we work hard for date days like this and we don't have the average food palate... So I didn't like the initial greeting at all because I was STOKED. We even overdressed, but our server was PERFECT it was his birthday, actually And we took care of him. I will definitely go again ... but I'd love to be greeted with a smiling face. I thought about doing my 40th there, but I don't know ... ITS AN AMAZING PLACE ...GO AND THANK ME LATER.

Great night out! The food is fantastic. Patio great on a nice night. Cesar salad needs work. The dressing is flat. But everything else was Fab! I had the crab stuffed shrimp. My mom had the meatloaf. We shared salad and fried oysters.

I had an amazing time at Coalition with my family. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Their char-grilled oysters were some of the best I’ve had. The service and drinks were also amazing. If you like strawberry lemon drops, then you will love their pink lemon drop. My family and I got the seafood platter as our starter and it was to die for. I am still thinking about it.

I had high hopes for this place. Social media featured this place as a stellar spot to eat. The service and food were lack luster. Our server wasn’t knowledgeable of the menu and allowed me to order food that contained pork product after I asked repeatedly if there was meat in the vegetables. When I asked if he was new he stated that he’d been there a while but didn’t know the menu. I asked for the manager to come, upon her arrival she was able to recommend better food choices. The price point for the food is too expensive not to offer stellar service. The food was underseasoned and the quality of service was bad. Will not go again nor will I recommend anyone else to go.

I love this place. It's my new favorite spot. The food, AMAZING! The presentation, AMAZING! The staff, SUPER AMAZING and HELPFUL! I can't say enough good things about this place. Each time is beyond impressive and I can't wait to return!

Great outdoor seating with live music! We just had some apps to share + dessert, but it was delicious - although I had to wait a bit for my drink and the waitress forgot our silverware.

They have recently changed their menu prices. Pricing was closer to fine dining and no where near that type of dining experience. Portions are very small and while the food is good, for this price I could eat at 4 star steakhouse. Won’t be back anytime soon.
