                                    The food was excellent; our service was good as well. The only issue was that we sat at a high-traffic table. This made the overall experience medium at best. Please rearrange the seating arrangement to make it a more intimate experience.

                                    They intended too seat us at a booth right beside the kitchen entrance that we sat at before. Its a very noisy area with repeated staff traffic so I asked for a different booth. The grilled Walleye and Shrimp and Grits were tasty.

                                    Went there for 35th wedding anniversary. It took 15 minutes for them to find our reservation I had indicated on the reservation that we We're celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and they never acknowledged it. Not that I expected anything for free, but the audience was just pathetic.

                                    unfortunately we had a bad experience. Sat outside on the patio which was pleasant. Ordered the tuna avacado appetizer. The tuna was so tough hard to cut. The waitress and then manager said that was the way it was. Did not offer to exchange for another dish. Both may have been new and inexperienced but not a way to ensure customer loyalty and a return visit.

                                    Our waiter was phenomenal. The food we ordered honestly was not up to taste at all. We had 3 courses: oyster Rockefeller, crab stuffed salmon and the red snapper blackened. All were not good at all very tasteless, but the presentation of it was set up for beautiful. Now I like to take picture of food to show my group chat as we live in different parts of the world. When I went to snap a quick photo, I heard one of the younger waiters scoff and say “OMG!” Out loud with annoyance at me minding my food business of snapping the picture as if people who do that annoy him. I was very unpleased and embarrassed for me and my partner while he portrayed in that like manor.

                                    This was our first time at Club Oceano. We were a party of 7 for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was outstanding. I would recommend it!

                                    Our server Tiffany did a great job, but she had our party of 5 and a party of 20 (not sure if she was solo on that). So our drinks went without refills several times and food was really slow coming out of the kitchen. Not sure if the large party was a surprise and I know staffing is difficult. But the food once we got it was FANTASTIC! We started with Ousters Rockefeller and the Lobster Bisque. The oysters were some of the best we’ve had. The sautéed shrimp appetizer was my dinner and is always phenomenal - I could put that sauce on ANYTHING. :-). The sea bass and scallops/shrimp were exceptional. As much as we enjoyed the meal, the croissant butter cake stole the show!!!
