Celebrated French chef Claude Bosi launched Claude Bosi at Bibendum back in 2017, with a ground-floor seafood and oyster bar and first-floor restaurant which is ‘unashamedly fine dining’, with the chef's signature contemporary and light-hearted flair.

The a la carte menu features some of his signature classics and the chef’s Michelin-starred alma matter, with ingredients sourced predominantly from the British Isles and France. The striking upstairs dining room with its dramatic and iconic floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows has been redesigned to house a larger central open kitchen. The light and airy dining room will feature the original Conran chairs with a soft colour palate of muted blues.

Fantastic menu with seasonal variations, impeccable and very friendly service, specific welcome to return customers. The interior is spacious and well-designed, comfortable distance between tables for added privacy. Wine list for every taste and budget. One of our favourite restaurants in London. Highly recommended for all occasions.

We came to Bibendum for our anniversary - we had a really good time, the service was impeccable, the food was really nice too. Finished off with one of the best Negronis I ever had!

It was the most relaxed elegant dining experience one can only hope for in these days of fast turnarounds in dining rooms and very indifferent music played very loudly. The service was discreet and impeccable. The sommelier very attentive with excellent suggestions throughout the service. It was a truly memorable evening.

What an absolutely amazing experience. From The welcome, the ambience, the service - never experienced anything like it - to the food, which was just fantastic, the best we have had. We were planning our next visit almost half way through the meal. We can’t say thank you enough. What a professional experience from beginning to end. Congratulations to the whole team. Thank you

Highly recommend, was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Everything was so well thought out and service was very welcoming! Lunch was great value too!

Ambience ruined by a three year old in a high chair either screeching out, laughter, saying worlds loudly or throwing napkins on the floor. Staff was very accommodating to the child but there should have a no very young child policy as this type of dining is not suited for that age. Located in what used to be a car garage the four. Level is converted into a brassiere and oyster bar and top a two michelin star restaurant. Lovely interior of Blue carpet, circular tables with white hugging table cloths.The kitchen is visible via the automatic sliding door and windows but not as visible as some other Michelin star restaurants. Beautiful light well with a dried flower arrangement, felt like summer. There is a map of Bordeaux on the far end of the glass and Two stain glass panels of the Michelin man. Three menus On offer : taste of the season at £215, lunch 3 course menu at £145 and market menu for £75 which I told had to be pre booked. Wine pairing is £189 for 6 wines Or exceptional for £495 If you are planning to go for the market menu, best to call ahead and ask as I was refused it as they said they had run out and also it’s a sunrise menu and therefore you get what you’re given and the left over cuts from the other dishes to reduce waste. The first amouse bouche was the Miso Foam with rice crispy and rice a Ice cream. Combination of cold: Rice ice cream and hot :Miso foam Beautifully subtle and delicious dish as made rice ice cream taste amazing Second amouse was cheese with nuts and veg base with egg yolk. The Sourness of the dish was excessive with cheese crumbs at the top served in an 3/4 egg shell. The Bread and butter : standards sour dough with butter, love butter dish was it a Michelin man The first course of Scallop dish was beautiful, it looked like a sea of yellow roe with droplets of yellow and red with three raw scallops wjth a scallop cracker which was very light and not overpowering some other seafood crackers. Very interesting- never had raw

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Truly worthy of the TWO Michelin stars. The 7 course tasting menu was a true culinary treat from start to finish. Perfectly blended flavors, contrasts, preparations, and presentations. Classic French technique and approach. (American diners should be reminded that in a fine French restaurant they will not spontaneously offer you the bill at the end of the meal, considering it to be an offense to try to move you out. Therefore, remember to kindly ask for the bill or they may let you just relax there seemingly indefinitely..)

We had a wonderful birthday meal for my son. The staff was helpful and attentive and the food was excellent. Definitely a two star experience. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
