CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

We ordered the Lamb Ragu and it was fabulous. And the chocolate Brownie was to die for … if you are a chocolate lover!!

Service was perfect! Not rushed, and on time. The food was incredible! Halibut is difficult to cook and the butter braise was phenomenal! The lettuce wrapped blackened cod was a great start, as an appetizer.

First time visiting CK's. The food was delicious and very flavorful. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was cozy and quiet. I think they have something for everyone. We have omnivores and vegan on our table and we all had a tasty meal. Dessert was also delicious and vegan friendly.

We sent our daughter and son in law here for dinner while we babysat. They had he trout and steak. They raved about the food and service. They also brought us back some homemade toffee! Well done!

Casey and Jeanine are awesome. Food was fantastic as always - 3 of us had the grilled trout, caesars and loved our meals.

As usual food was good, except the greens with the burger as salad were not very appealing. I would have preferred lettuces and arugula. Our server never told us of any specials, nor of the fish. Not as friendly feeling as usual.

We’ve dined at CK’s twice in the last month. Food has been consistently good. My salad with blue cheese and apples was way overdressed. I wouldn’t have it again. Otherwise food and service were good. Desserts are excellent.

Our out of town son and his new wife were visiting. We shared appetizers, salad and soup… all were unique and delicious. The salmon special was extraordinary and the gaucho steak was as always perfectly done. We love CKs for special occasions and weekday dinners. The staff is warm and professional! Our favorite restaurant in the valley!

Kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to how the preparation of food. When CK was in the kitchen food was much better. Quality has degraded. Especially when considering the cost.

CKs is a bit pricy for our budget- we don't go very often but when we do it's perfect in every way. The food is always top notch- flavorful and delicious! The service is truly professional- the right amount of attention without being in your experience too much. It is the best restaurant in the valley- and there are some good ones up in Ketchum. I feel fortunate to have this place here in Hailey!
