Wir (Gruppe von 5) wurden von der Dame sehr freundlich und offen empfangen. Trotz der Reservierung fürs falsche Restaurant, hat uns die Dame einen Tisch freigemacht. Der Service danach, ein junger Herr, war leider sehr enttäuschend und richtig ärgerlich. Er hat sich kaum bemüht uns zu beraten, sehr undeutlich geredet und überhaupt keine Motivation und nicht kundenfreundlich. Das Essen war ganz gut und lecker! Die Portionen für diese Preise jedoch sehr klein!!! Die Vorspeisen und warmen Hauptspeisen waren lecker, die Grillplatte jedoch viel zu klein und leider nicht von bester Qualität (vorallem das Chicken & der Sucuk). Overall ganz okay, jedoch habe ich vor 6 Jahren in der Bronx viel besser gegessen und vorallem besser bedient worden…sehr schade!

This was my second time at Çka Ka Qëllu and it was worth the trip up from Washington Heights again! Warm, welcoming staff, unusual and interesting interior and all dishes were tasty. The menu is, not surprisingly for the cuisine, heavy on meat and cheese. I am not much of a carnivore and still find plenty on the menu that makes me happy and makes me return. The friends I introduced to Çka Ka Qëllu this time do eat meat and loved their dishes. They will be back, too! It's a great option if you are going to the Zoo or the Botanical Garden and are looking for something extraordinary you don't find all over the city. And you'll be grateful for a walk to your destination, since the portions are quite generous, and you will want to eat every last morsel.

Lovely people. Very small rooms (other than a large space in the back that had a private party. There is no alcohol and you may not bring your own so that was a big surprise. We have been to the Stamford location which has a great bar so we were surprised for sure. Would go back to Stamford but not this location. Seems to be also a smaller menu.

The food is not bad, but it also isn't the best. I mainly have a palate for asian food so this place wasn't my all time favorite. If you like western food then this place is for you. If you are like me and prefer vietnamese or east asian cuisine then I'd recommend a different place, but if you are curious of albanian food and want to expand your horizons then please eat here.

Be prepared to eat with your coat on if you’re planning to go for lunch😁. Uncomfortably cold. They were definitely understaff , We had 3 different servers, attending our table, Food was very good !

Part museum part restaurant. Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. Heavy use of cream, dairy product, cheese and red meat. If you like bread cheese cream and red meat, this is the place for you. The grilled veggie was good and the bread was good. One of the tray holding water fell on my head during dinner and none of the server came over to see if there was any water damage or head injury. Welcome to Albania I guess.

we had made reservations a day in advance that couldn’t be honored because so many people stayed beyond a normal time eating, So we left and came back and then we still had to wait however it didn’t take away from our enjoyment of the meal. The food was good some of it pricey but not ridiculously priced. There were a number of babies and they were making a lot of noise and crying that was a little distracting it’s clearly a family place there were a number of tables with 5 or more. It was a Sunday around 4 PM I most likely would return but I try to schedule my arrival time earlier may be around lunchtime
