    I ordered an impossible burger. At the time of ordering I asked for mustard and ketchup. The food was brought to the table from someone else. No condiments, and one of our three orders was missing. They said they’d send the waitress on the missing order, I asked for mustard and ketchup and was told absolutely. Several minutes later the waitress finally came, said she accidentally did not place the third order and would take care of it. She said it would take four minutes. Again I asked for mustard and ketchup. Sure, she said. Nothing. So I asked a different wait person, I’ll get it right now. Nothing. FIVE minutes later the waitress brought the missing order, with mustard and ketchup. By then, my burger was ice cold. No apology for either thing, she never checked back. I didn’t want to make a scene, but my meal was awful.

    Service was friendly and fine but very slow. When our meals arrived one of the people in our party requested ketchup and everyone else had finished their entrees (12-18 minutes) before the ketchup arrived. A better-run restaurant would empower faster service. This feels like a fundamental flaw in their service delivery model and I would not recommend this restaurant until the model is improved. You're in a busy, high-demand area... act like it.

    Table for 6. Seven chairs. Brought 5 waters. Took 5 orders before trying to leave table. Brought 5 plates for apps. Lost an order in the kitchen and took 30 minutes to replace. Not the best experience.

    Excellent service, varied menu with some delicious options for everyone. The seating and vibe were good. Great for a group. We went after Navy Bootcamp Graduation (PIR) and it was perfect for our party of 9. We were seated immediately, all the food came out at the same time and was delicious. Some of the food (my chicken sandwich) came out a little bit overdressed with too much sauce and about 20 pickles which just made it a bit messy to eat - but flavor was on point, so no issue there. Parking plentiful, highly recommend!
