I went here to celebrate my birthday. The food and drinks were really great. I wish we were seated in the front which has a beautiful decor. But overall our server was rly attentive and everything was great.

Our server was great however she had way too many tables. They definitely need more help. The food was delicious They have a great drink It is a beautiful atmosphere. Very unique place. We ate in the dining room, however, I did walk around the restaurant The patron room is absolutely adorable if you’re gonna be having a night out with your girlfriend

This was my first time. I decided to go with my best friend because it was there birthday. Our server. Isabella, was truly the MVP. When I told her it was my friend's birthday, she brought out all the desserts with a candles. The food is 10/10. I recommend the Crab Empandas, Carne Asada Fries, Chips & Guacamole and YOU MUST TRY THE SOBERT! I will be back to run up the tab👌🏾

This place is in denial what it is; you aren't a night club, or a beach club, nope, not even close. You're located next to a dumpster, not a beach. And when people arrive for Mother's Day with children, and strollers and of different age, the LAST THING they want is a loud pounding bloody awful music blasting their brains. So what that the food is good, well seasoned, although your drinks are cheaply made and half full, no one can enjoy any of that when we even could not hear the waitress because it was so obnoxiously and painfully loud! When it's Cinco de Mayo and it's a Friday night, or Saturday, sure, blast your speakers with your repetitive music all you want. But on a Sunday noon, with so many kids around, adjust your volume AND your music selection accordingly. Lastly, the hostess welcoming us at the door, wow, no comment, why put such whacky person up front, little children got scared, what a freak show. Never again. Would not recommend to the worst enemy.

Went for brunch, it was really good. Server took long to drink our drinks. It was a party of 2, and waited over 20mins though the place wasn’t busy at all. Next time will sit around the bar.

Recently opened and the restaurant was full. The service was attentive, and our server was wonderful. Food and cocktails were top notch and very well presented. The vibe was fun and will definitely be back!!

So nice to have a delicious dinner in a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was so fresh and delicious-- we will be back again soon!

Queens for my chips and queso were cold, service was a little slow. Need more options on the menu but overall extremely delicious and outstanding restaurant, will definitely recommend and come back!

Great food and service. Fantastic selection of artistic cocktails. Be prepared to order a more than one cocktail. Only negative is the limited food menu and small servings. Designed to be tapas style. The location recently opened and still doesn’t have any identifying sign outside. So it was a bit of a challenge finding it. Give yourself extra time to park and find it. Don’t leave without trying the churros 😋

Our server seemed disinterested in waiting on us. The duck totsatios were amazing and the guacamole was great. I love my spicy habanaro margarita. But lacking in service

I think the vibe and atmosphere was amazing and the drinks were good but the service was terrible. So slow. They did just open so I understand working out the kinks.

Food was excellent. Service was very slow; our food came out before we even got cocktails. It was opening week though so it seems they were understaffed. Hopefully they get some more staff in there, because it’s a great spot.

Top notch experience, the food and drinks were fantastic and so was the atmosphere. Great for a fun night out rather than a quiet dinner but that’s what we were there for. 10/10 for us! The corn is a must.

If you’re looking for authentic or actual Mexican food, please go elsewhere. I ordered the after hour drink which was the only okay thing. For appetizers we had the calamari & oaxacan cheeseburger, and let me tell you, it was a day old microwaved food. We wanted to give it another chance and order the steak tacos, those are not tacos, they were two cold lettuce/carrot soggy pieces of boiled yet cold steak wraps. It’s really pretty inside but the food doesn’t complement it, if you’re in Boston Mariel would be the better choice.

My favorite restaurant in all of Boston!!! Anytime someone asks where I want to eat out, I say I want to go to citrus and salt! Best place for any fun occasion.

Incredibly accommodating as I had to adjust the reservation a few times, overall the service was fine but didn't really get a welcoming friendly vibe. It was a great spot to just sit and not be rushed, we were seated in the back room which wasn't as loud as the main dining room (which was perfect!). Food and drinks were OK.

The food and drinks were great! Very affordable and great quality. The restaurant is on the louder side, and we definitely felt rushed (server wanting to take our order before we had begun our app, clearing away plates the moment we finished eating, etc). Overall a good experience though, I would go again!

Service was lacking. Our waitress was pulled to cover a large party after ordering first round of drinks. She then took over 45 minutes to check on us to then take our order. Then we we tried to get her attention to order our dinner, she made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience and rushed us. The fish tacos were obviously fish sticks re-heated as well. Overall, not a great experience. Would not dine again.

It was delicious food and for somewhat good value. However, I arrived to the restaurant after making a reservation 40 days ahead of time, and was told my reservation would not be ready for 10 minutes. Also, we struggled with getting service to our table, and often had empty water glasses, and took over an hour to get our entrees. Overall, I was slightly disappointed.

We're fans of Buttermilk & Bourbon and were going to theater in the area so we decided to try Citrus & Salt for the first time. - To start with they honored my request for a low, regular table instead of a high top which was great for the accessibility in our party. - They had two Agua Frescas on the menu serving the function of a mocktail, we tried and loved both. The sangria was good as well. - We had the chips and salsa, birria tacos, oaxacan cheeseburger empanadas, calamari, and fried chicken quesadilla and all of them were delicious - all of the sauces from all the dishes went well with everything. - The pineapple dole whip was excellent as well - I liked that the syrup wasn't overly sweet, and clearly made from fresh pineapple, and the tiny dice of the chunks was absolutely perfect for eating with sorbet/ice cream. - I also put a note in that we were going to the theater and they had everything out and ready for us and brought the check right away - we had plenty of time!

Used to love this place. Very disappointed with dinner this time- guac was good but the octopus in the tostada was way overcooked and rubbery, the sauce was weird and the citrus and tomatoes did not jive with the rest of the dish. The steak tacos had nice flavor but the beef was so overcooked that it was hard to chew. The fish tacos were downright awful. The breading was extremely thick and over fried so almost inedible and the fish was extremely overcooked. The flavors on that fish taco were just OK. Huge disappointment. I hope it was an off night.

This was my third time coming here and it was the worst experience I’ve had so far. Both other times I’ve been here I had great service and food. This time the food was not nearly as good. Previously, the street corn came off the cob which made it much easier to eat. This time it was on the cob and didn’t taste as good. The server fine. He came off as overbearing as he did not stop talking for approx 5 mins straight when asked a simple question. It was pretty slow which was expected for a Monday night but it was surprising how long it took for the waiter to come over to take our drink order. And then when finally ordering he interrupted me telling me I can’t order my drink and food right away and that there was order to it… it was giving power trip. I will say this tho - this was my only bad experience here! Both other times I have been have been 5/5 stars.

Such a fun night out. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and proactive. The margie's are best in class. Great ambience too, fun and warm decor inside. All around great experience and we love the shareable tapas-style food choices.

Went during Brunch hours with a friend -Great food, Good service and loved the decor vibe. Only down side was convo was tough at times due to the music noise level. Wish it was a little lower especially for brunch time.
