The location and ambiance is first class. Service very good and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The Lamb dish we ordered was not as tender as it could have been whilst the rest of the food tasty and well presented

Our first time coming was Christmas Day last year and absolutely loved it. So with bring friends with us on Valentine’s Day and again could not fault it at all. Beautiful atmosphere and exquisite food. Will be back again and again.

The ambiance was amazing. Service was amazing. Food was fantastic and the kids meals were excellent. We were also surprised with complementary specialty bread and butter, entree and sorbet.

Food fair only. Inconsistent. Chairs very uncomfortable. Service inconsistent. Very expensive for what was served. Lamb was tough. One diner was there when it was Robert's and had higher expectations. Glad to see a disabled toilet. Building is old but showing neglect which should be addressed soon.

Thanks to the staff and chef our experience was amazing. From the time we walked in the staff were lovely and helpful, and very professional. The food was amazing and the presentation was extremely high. I don’t think I’ve had. Better tasting meal anywhere. well done to all the staff we can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic dinner yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday. We served by Jen and Caitlin who gave us impeccable and outstanding service. It made our special night even more memorable! Food, drinks and ambience were amazing.

Our evening was pleasant enough however there were two larger groups sitting near us the where inconsiderate in term of their noise level. In term of our meal. All staters were beautifully plated and delicious. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 main meals the protein was over cooked. The lamb came well done and my duck was also over cooked without a well rendered skin. The other elements on the dish were fab. The desserts were delightful delicious. For a 3 hatted restaurant I would have expected the bathroom to be meticulous, which it was not! The last time I wished it was Roberts which was fantastic. I do think you need to up your game to maintain 3 hats into the future.

Circa is a special place for my wife and I having become engaged here in 2021. It is a beautiful setting with fantastic service and outstanding food. Everything was a great, however I think my wife won the night by ordering the camembert creme brulee, what a dessert.

3 course set dinner for four was a fantastic way to close off a day after wine tasting and day spa treatments. The quality of the food is as always exceptional. Serving sizes may appear on the small side to some but rest assured they are more than adequate. The drinks menu is extensive and caters for most wine and spirit drinkers. The service is well paced. The room can become slightly noisy when half full and the restaurant would suit from some soft coverings to absorb the noise. Would highly recommend a visit when next in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley.

We visited on a Tuesday night and there was a good vibe. Staff were great including working through dietary requirements. We weren’t rushed between courses, everyone enjoyed the food and had a great evening.

Our meals were lovely as usual - however there were many flies around us and we would have sat there for 20 minutes after all of our group arrived before a waitress approached us. We weren’t offered a drink whilst waiting on some of our group. Once the service started it was good - it was just sooo slow starting.

What an incredible experience! The venue is incredible- beautifully restored with gorgeous gardens all around. The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive, professional but warm. And the food! Probably the best pork belly I’ve ever eaten, and the pavlova was almost a theatrical experience. We would be back in a flash.
