Sunday to Thursday: 11.30 am to 10.30 pm
Friday and Saturday: 11.30 am to 11.00 pm

If you prefer to entertain in a more private space we have a beautifully designed connected room, where we can safely sit up to 40 people, perfect for celebrations, or a pleasant lunch and dinner with the menu of the restaurant.

We are also open for pick-up and delivery.

The Story
In 1931 a long-sought dream became reality. Giuseppe Cipriani opened the doors to Harry's Bar. In a discreet stone building perched along a canal just off Piazza San Marco in Venice, he created a timeless and impeccably appointed establishment.
His concept was to serve others as you would want to be served yourself. His vision of simple luxury came to touch the souls of people all over the world.
Four generations of Cipriani have grown a single restaurant, into a world renowned hospitality brand .

I felt very rushed the entire dinner. The menu options were not the greatest, was expecting something different. The cucumber tomato and corn salad I could have made at home, nothing special. It was okay but for me one and done.

The presentation and taste of the food at this restaurant was very poor - the lamb chops were literally thrown on the plate without even a sprig of parsley for garnish and the spinach dish was sloppy. The cauliflower soup was tasteless. The waiters - including the maitre d’ - were dismissive of four women dining. I did have a nice glass of Daou which I ordered. Highly overrated and I will let friends know NOT to dine here.

We had a large group, 12 people, for dinner at Cipriani. The staff took great care of us and our experience was wonderful. I have been to a lot of large group dinners and usually there is someone who complains, has a bad meal, is disappointed, but not at Cipriani. Everyone loved their meal and the experience and were thankful that we selected Cipriani for this dinner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The restaurant is quite noisy. It was completely full and at some point they took away our olive oil and vinegar to give to another table. The staff was friendly but we had to send back the bill three times because they kept charging us for drinks we didn’t have. The food was ok but very expensive for what we got.

We’ve been Cipriani patrons for years in New York and was excited to have our typical outstanding experience in Vegas. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. I guess to be expected in Vegas, but the restaurant is very loud and allows for over served patrons stumbling in and out of the bathrooms, centered in the dining area where we were seated. Menu was standard but missing a few of their specialties. We ordered salad, entree and a nice bottle of wine, in which our server told us we could enjoy before dessert. As soon as she stepped away, the Matre D Ricardo came right over and demanded our dessert order. We had only been in the restaurant an hour and 20 minutes, but it appeared that we had a table that one of their regulars wanted. I ordered a cappuccino which they were unable to make and we were so rushed, we weren’t allowed to finish our expensive bottle of wine. I think our server felt badly but was nothing she could do and we did not want to hold up her table. Food was average. We’ve certainly had better Italian in Vegas.

Fabulous night, great food, great service, we like to sample as many dishes as possible, and with children some things are a hit or miss, but in general they loved most every dish!

The overall experience was great! The ambiance was upscale. The tortellini’s are the best that my husband has eaten. My veal was just okay. The staff were great.

Food came out late and out of order. Are table was told to “keep our volume down” in the first couple of minutes we sat, meanwhile there were multiple tables around the restaurant with people screaming.

We were shamed in the restaurant for being too loud and asked to leave. We were loud but it was a Saturday night at 11pm in Vegas. It was embarrassing and I won’t return. We were a group of 8 that ordered three courses and multiple drinks.

Service was confusing, many different servers asking same questions. Food was not good, lamb shank, eggplant parmesan were flavorless. An order of bolognese, came with no red sauce, blah taste.

Just didn’t live up to the hype. Bland food. A little seasoning would go a long way. If you go, you’re going to be seen and for the drinks, not the food. Incredibly disappointing.

The branzino was definitely not worth the price. It was fresh yet the taste was off for me. We had just finished running a half marathon and the wait staff kept trying to take our dishes before we were even finished. We were famished and eating slow yet still rushed us. The restaurant was packed so it’s not like we were keeping them up. Not worth the price

Overall, Cipriana was a meh experience. The service was not good. We had 4 people throughout the evening helping us at our table. At no point was it clear who was our server and who was support staff. No one introduced themselves to us. It was like a factory with people more focused on efficiency. As a result, no one was taking care of us and helping us have positive experience. We received no guidance on the best dishes to order. I asked for an aperol spritz to start and no one came back to take my wine order. No one asked if it was our first time eating there or helping us understand the menu. All really typically commentary from a server. Second, the food was undercooked. I had the fusilli pasta and my date had the lobster risotto. Both were chewy. The positions were huge. It felt more like going to Maggiano’s or Old Spaghetti Factory. Tons of ok food. We got the vanilla ice cream for dessert which is house made and it was enough for 4 people. (That was the only thing we ate that was good and thankfully the person who took our dessert order guided us not to order more dessert.) I do not recommend.

Manager was amazing. Staffing issues from first server. Second server stepped up. I will say without going into too many details - lets call it an off night, or just one bad experience. One of the managers quickly did what he could to restore the evening. Management was on par with NYC sophistication we had a few years ago - just my opinion. I will give them another shot next time in Vegas. Sending this only to show that strong leadership can salvage and otherwise bad start to an evening. Food was an A+.

Evening started out great, waiter went on break… no one visited table for 39 min. Sat with dirty dishes had to ask to have them cleared. Steak was precut and cool upon arrival. Never cut another man’s steak, unless Individual is too young to handle sharp objects .

Still my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas but enough with the average service. What was wrong? Everything. From the irritated look because our 6 person table didn’t want alcohol with lunch, to the careless drop of plates and glassware on the table. Get your act together! You represent one of the best houses in global restaurants. Get rid of the Vegas a**hole attitude and be more Venice or NYC! Food was as excellent as always and the atmosphere unique as always. I’ll be back in a few weeks to see if this review is heard. Not giving up on you but I’m not taking it easy either.

I was very excited to try Cipriani in Vegas as I’ve not had the opportunity to go when in NYC. I gave up other difficult to get reservations for this one. We unfortunately were 15 late because we were lost on the Wynn side of the resort not realizing it’s in Encore. I called to let them know we were close by and we were still within their 15 minute late window. Our greeting was cold at best and were told our table wasn’t ready which was fine. Bar was crowded so we waited patiently right outside restaurant watching staff greet regulars and those deemed important with enthusiasm. We were seated at the worst table in the restaurant right inside front door and in middle of bar traffic. All of this would have been worth it had the food met or exceeded expectations. Meal was mediocre. Was sad I didn’t keep other reservation. They did send a piece of lemon cake for dessert which was a nice gesture as I’m sure my disappointment in the evening was evident. The meringue on the cake was perfection. The ambience under other circumstances would be elegantly fun snd energetic. And, I wish I had asked more questions about the entrees regardless of the perceived ambivalence I was sensing, Wait staff was kind but hurried and distracted. We were definitely not a priority. May have eaten more, lingered longer and ordered a nice bottle of wine, but it was assumed we were wouldn’t and honestly I couldn’t wait to leave. We dine globally and this was among my worst experiences, Caruso’s at Rosewood Miramar in Montecito being one of the very best experiences every time we go. I’m positive Cipriani does not need a stellar review from me and will continue to be a popular “see and be seen venue” but I prefer places where my patronage is appreciated.

Beware that Cipriani Las Vegas now charges for water $12 (per bottle) - even when we specifically asked for just tap water / ice water. We have been coming here for the past 10+years (multiple times each year) and we always request "just tap water" (my wife usually adds "it is the same"). This time - even though we specifically asked for tap water, we were given bottle of still water. We watched all time and ALL the tables were given bottled water. In previous times waiters were walking around with a jug filling tap waters to most of the tables; this time we so no tap / ice water pouring to anybody. Note that there are other upscale restaurants that serve only bottled water (e.g. at another of our Las Vegas favorites, Bazaar Meat by Hose Andres), they do not charge for it (never saw it on the check). We were unpleasently surprised to see the $12 charge for the water of our Cipriani bill. My recommendation: do as I did and simply subtract the amount charged for water from your tip. Note that we still love Cipriani: Their food is super, the service is excellent. We will coming back - we just hope that management reconsider this bad change and brings back the regular free tap / ice water.
