Come enjoy award-winning food and magnificent views at one of the most talked-about brunches in Utah. Take a quick ride up Needles Gondola to 8,700 feet above sea level to be greeted with an array of delicious options. Our culinary team provides only the freshest local ingredients made ready through our community-supported agriculture partnerships. Each week the menu is adjusted slightly to make way for the very freshest ingredients and the chef’s creative inspirations which are showcased across a grand buffet, while culinary experts dazzle you with their composed dishes. This is one of those summer bucket list items you have to try in northern Utah.

There were food items that were availble previous years that was not available this year. Missed the crepe's and crab legs.

Wow, what a great brunch. Will definitely join Snowbasin for future brunches. Service was great and plentiful. Food was fresh and very tasty. Plus the views are lovely.

Very nice way to spend Mother’s Day. Food amazing as usual, great ambience & service. Disappointed (a little) that coffee, other beverages not included for the cost. Perhaps adding some value (including non alcoholic beverages), a commemorative photo or reducing cost.

This was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, everyone was so happy and kind and extremely nice. Our server Amberlynn was so attentive and wonderful. We were checked on quite often by out server, by staff just walking by, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The food was excellent, our prime rib was cooked perfectly, the salmon was delicious, i had the perfect omlette custom made, and there were so many side options available. The desserts were beautiful and tasty, the custom ice cream sandwiches were so fun! This made our Mother's Day so special, definitely worth it, we will be back again next year.

Overall, it is pretty good—not spectacular, but good. We enjoyed the Needles summer brunch much more. The seating was a little cramped where we had been seated. It was a little frustrating asking to move, being denied, and then seeing multiple two-tops being seated at tables for four where we requested to be moved. I felt it was a little pricey for the quality of the food being served. The fare was, in general, okay, some hot trays needed more care. A layer of crust over the mashers, cmon, now. Getting an overcooked end cut on prime rib—yeah, that should have gone to stew, surprised she served it to me. I am going give them the benefit of the doubt and chock up this experience to the first brunch of the season.

The food at the Cinnabar was outstanding. There was a large selection of quality food items. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
