We dined at the bar (highly recommend that option) and Luan took care of us. He was PHENOMENAL... actually the whole experience was phenomenal. The food is out of this world, the service is top notch, and the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind elegant night club style. We actually came back because our experience at Ciel with James the night before was soooo amazing we had to spend our last nite in Houston here!! We will be back the next time we are in town!! I cannot recommend Ciel highly enough!

I don’t do reviews but I get so tired of these places acting like this & nothing is done. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They are in fact giving racist. All the black people were put in the back unless they were with a party of other non black ppl. I have a video to prove it. They tried to put my friends and I in the corner by a tinted glass where you can’t even see the show & I asked to move & they said that was the only table when there was in fact more tables. They wait until you come in to see where they are gonna seat you based on what you look like. We waited 20 min for a table with a reservation. It’s sad actually because it’s a beautiful restaurant.

Worse experience ever I went for my birthday they sat us in a section in the back where I couldn’t see the entertainment they had all the African Americans in one section in the back I requested to move so I can see the entertainment they moved us once again to the back of another area they had all the other race in the middle where they can see and enjoy the experience

Ciel is beautiful. Once there we discovered there’s no show on Wednesday. There was no notification of this, disappointing. Our server was attentive, but we were the only patrons there other than a couple at the bar… I ordered the filet, medium. It was served well…I had to send it back. The veggies were not fresh so I didn’t eat them. The replacement steak was the right temp, but the meal was mid.

I took my friend from out of town for a fun night at Ciel. When we asked for our receipt we saw that they had charged us two extra items we did not eat. The way they behaved when we brought this up made us believe this was not a mistake and a deliberate action. People are mostly drunk and probably do not think of checking the receipt. Additionally if you are there as a big group how can the whole table check one by one what they drank and ate? Imagine if they charge one or two extra items to each table how much extra money they can make. Make sure to go over your receipt in detail. Otherwise they will scam you. It is very disappointing. We all work so hard and establishments to fleece us off our hard earned money is utterly not acceptable.

It was my second time here and I brought another couple and a friend with us from out of town. My friend was not wearing a jacket but they let him borrow a jacket and were really nice about it. Shout to the door guys that were very sweet and welcoming which is great for customer service. I will be back.

This was a surprise dinner for my husband, and I must say they understood the assignment. They sent all the guests down before we came in and bottle service was immaculate. The show they put on for you was very energetic and fun. I will definitely come back again. I recommend the Seabass and the lobster sushi.

We had so much fun celebrating my friends birthday. The food was great, but the music, dancing and entertainment were beyond fantastic and exceeded expectations! Patty served us and was an absolutely the best. She made us feel very special!

My first time dining at Ciel was amazing! We went for our bestie’s bachelorette dinner and our server Gina was incredible! So sweet, bubbly and informative. The food was great, the espresso martini was maybe one of the best I’ve ever had, and the bottle service was the star of the show as they have almost all the servers (including the handsome men aka “Champagne Cowboys”) hype up the experience with lights and chants! They do performances too and the ladies had a beautifully choreographed dance. I would so go back. Definitely recommend for a group of people or a fun date night!

I recently visited Ciel Restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Despite ordering a rib-eye steak cooked to medium well, what arrived at our table was a burnt piece of meat, predominantly the fatty side. Not only was the steak overcooked and poorly presented, but the taste was equally disappointing. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the cocktail I ordered lacked the flavor profile I anticipated. It was a letdown compared to what was described on the menu. Moreover, the shots of Casamigos I ordered were watered down Service was another major issue. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the staff seemed more preoccupied with attending to patrons purchasing expensive champagne bottles, neglecting our needs entirely. This resulted in slow service and a feeling of being overlooked. To make matters worse, my sister also ordered the rib eye steak, and hers was equally subpar. Overall, our experience at Ciel Restaurant was thoroughly disappointing. From the quality of the food to the service received, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. We left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return.

Reservations are a joke. The manager is a joke. He thinks waiting 40 minutes for a table with reservations is ok. He needs more training on customer service. This place will be trash with management like him. The food sand drinks were good. Our server was great. The kitchen closes at 12am and when you get a table an hour late of your reservation you get rushed to order.

Made a reservation was told if we’re 15 mins late it gets canceled we arrived 30 mins early. Didn’t get seated and after waiting 40 mins we left. Seemed a little racist and they prioritized the non colored patrons before us. Wouldn’t recommend.

CIEL is definitely a unique experience. The performers were great and the overall ambience of the place is top notch! Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. I showed up to my reservation on time, only to be stuck waiting while my table was “ready”. Me and my significant other waited 45 minutes while a table “opened up”. In other words, your reservation isn’t for a table upon arrival, but more of a waitlist it seems. In addition, the 3 ladies at the front, while very attractive, clearly have very little to no experience being hostesses. I’ve received better communication and guidance at my local chilis. I walked up to the front desk multiple times with zero acknowledgment as they conversed amongst them selves and their other male co workers. The Waiters or “champagne cowboys” as they are called, are assigned to very large areas of the restaurant. Which is good news for them, they get an automatic 20% from every tab, but bad news for you the consumer as they only come by every 15-30 minutes. It took us about an hour and half before we got our food as a result. Overall, very entertaining setting but this place has a long way to go before it can be compared to the likes of any restaurant like this that I’ve been to in Miami, Vegas etc. but they definitely charge around the same. Because of this I can’t say I will be back.

Over crowded with poor customer service. Ordered Moscow mules and the bartender had to remake them because the mix was off. Too much ginger beer was poured making the drink very spicy. We ordered the wagyu sliders and made my wife and me sick to our stomach. The seating was horrible. We had reservations, we also informed our waiter we had seafood allergies, yet he still offered us appetizers that had shrimp . The waiter barely checked on us and our drinks took a long time when we reordered them. On the bright side the young Hispanic waiter serving us water was amazing! Very professional and attentive more than our waiter. We were honestly expecting great service since we had friends go. We noticed the staff was very great towards the younger girls that came in big crowds. That to us is very unprofessional because we are there for the experience and expected great service. I can honestly say they have a preference on who they choose to serve great. Very disappointed.

Our group of 4 each spent $200/pp (with a mandatory 20% tip + 3% "non-cash fee" for using credit card). For that kind of money, you'd expect to enjoy your drinks, meal and after-drink without being rushed. They're clearly turning tables as fast as they can. After our dinner, we were not allowed to order additional drinks as we had used our allotted time of 2.5 hours. It is not a fine dining experience at all, but rather "get 'em in, get 'em out".

My wife and I recently dined at Ciel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the vibrant atmosphere we had been hoping for. It was precisely the lively dining environment we were looking for, buzzing with energy and filled with the sounds of happy diners. The menu at Ciel was impressive, offering a wide array of options that catered to our tastes perfectly. Among the standout dishes, the Australian Wagyu was truly exceptional. It was evident that great care had been taken in its preparation, resulting in a dish that was both flavorful and tender, leaving us savoring every bite. Overall, our visit to Ciel was a memorable one. The combination of a spirited atmosphere, an excellent menu, and particularly the Australian Wagyu, made our evening special. We're already looking forward to our next visit, eager to explore more of what Ciel has to offer.

The food and service were great, however, we were expecting live entertainment and were sadly disappointed that there was none on the day we went. If you are going for that, then I would call ahead and ask. We still had a great night and thought the food and drinks were amazing and will return based on that!

Food is over priced. Good scenery. Decent drinks but honestly wouldn’t come to eat. I’d just eat before I come then drink there. Costumer service was okay. 4/10 for me.
