Ciclo (Spanish for "cycle") is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors with a Latin influence, brought to life through a unique collaboration between Chef de Cuisine James Flowers and world-renowned chef and restaurateur, Richard Sandoval. Ciclo's name reflects its focus on menu offerings that change seasonally, from ceviches, crudos and grilled and smoked meats to inventive cocktails crafted by award-winning bartender Sarah Rahl.

In addition to its ever-changing dinner menu, Ciclo serves breakfast, lunch and brunch, with all menus providing gluten-free and vegan options.

Offered in the bar, as well as on its covered terrace and lawn, Ciclo happy hour runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm seven days a week and includes $4 snacks and $3 sweets, plus complimentary valet parking. Rounding out the food menu is a list of $5 sips, including beer, house cocktail and wines by the glass.

Ciclo is located on the lake level of Four Seasons Hotel Austin.

We had a fantastic meal! Ciclo is always a treat, last night was spectacular. The service is kind and thoughtful. The food is always very good, but last night the salmon was the best piece of fish I have ever eaten. It was a incredibly balanced entree.

I have been in Austin close to 27 years and not sure if this restaurant has been around ever since the Austin Four Seasons has been, and I never knew it was there. I would frequent events at the Four Seasons and guess I may have walked past it, since it would be heading in the other direction. I chose this place because the person I was going to dinner they are vegan and the menu was accommodating to all eating habits. I am going to jump right into it, we ordered several items from the vegan menu as starters and WOW! The vegan ceviche is incredible, so is the roasted vegetables. We too ordered several sides: Fingerling potatoes and brussels sprouts. Pro tip: Add the chimichurri to the potatoes and its game over for the meal! I had the beef short ribs and the meal combination was savory. My friend had the enchiladas rojas and that looked great. Overall, Ciclo gets a 15 out of 10! I will certainly be going back especially for not knowing this restaurant being there. The service was great. The waitstaff gives you enough time and space to enjoy yourself without the pressure to order anything quickly.

Overall great food and service. Had there seafood i wish there was more on the plate because it was so good. Also had the cheesecake it was also great not to sweet.

We attended an event that came with a 15% off at the restaurant for brunch afterwards. The restaurant only wanted to do 10%, they made me show them email which was fine, then they begrudgingly said they would honor it! It’s in writing on the event email. Our server brought our drinks and food and then we never saw him again. We had to go find him. Frustrating because I love the Four Seasons.
