Chef Ati Malaj has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years with Ciccio being his fourth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
When you eat at Ciccio, you will gracefully taste his carefully crafted choices of ingredients. He is consistently raising the bar with innovated twists on all of his dishes.
Our mission is to have a place with not just extraordinary food, but also one that will make you feel at home, offering the highest standards in quality and service. From the logo to the silverware, every single detail was thought out and it has a why behind it. Talking about our logo, we don’t call it just a logo; we wanted it to tell a story and that’s exactly how it turned out. As simple as it looks, it tells our story.
The word “Ciccio” [pronounced CH EE – ch oh] means “sweetheart/an affectionate way of calling someone you love” in Italian, and that is exactly how he and his family feel about this place and what it represents to them.

Fantastic!!! We just moved to McKinney and a friend highly recommended this restaurant. It was wonderful!!! Delightful ambience, terrific waiter, Lucky who was so knowledgeable, fun and funny, and amazing food!! We know we will be back very often. What a great little gem with authentic delicious Italian food. Everything was so good… highly recommend!!!

See sat outside which was lovely but there seemed some confusion as to who should be waiting on us. None of the other servers who were helping tables on the patio helped us. Someone from an inside section came out to help us which meant we weren’t in his section. Kind of an afterthought.

Excellent Buratta and heirloom tomatoes dish; Fritto was also tasty - freshly baked that day. Oso bucco was a tad overcooked, but still tasty; the accompanying risotto was creamy and rich.

Beware! The server did not let us know that a party of 6 has an automatic 20% tip. We tipped double by mistake because of this. Not a very ethical practice. Food is great otherwise and Ivan the bartender is awesome

We found a hidden gem in our town! Foods and wines are amazing, beautiful interior, family friendly atmosphere, and brilliant service. This is our family’s favorite restaurant and we are visiting regularly for our weekend meal times.

Best Italian I’ve had since moving to DFW 2 years ago. We’ve had a lot of average food, odd food, and over priced food. My tagliatelle was outstanding Nd my wife’s Gluten Free Dinner was also excellent. Service was great and value was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Food... never a bad dish. I had the Lobster Ravioli.. others had the Gnocchi and the Salmon... all great . Server was excellent and open and honest about the best dishes. Great experience.

Food and service were excellent. The restaurant was busy and energetic. However, the floor was nasty with bread, noodles and pieces of meat under quite a few tables. It seemed no one looked down when they were cleaning the tables after patrons. AC was dripping from the ceiling onto myself and the first table we sat at. One chair at the table looked like a glass of water had spilled on it. The hostess warned us not to sit in that one because it was wet instead of wiping it down or having someone to come wipe it down. No manager to be found to oversee the staff, which were standing around and chatting even though all but one table were occupied. Other than having a nasty floor, the food was on point.
