    The food was mostly good; service not especially attentive and very slow. The manager walked around, stopping at tables and chatting with customers. He passed our table several times without so much as a glance, even though he talked to all the tables around us. No idea why, but we all noticed it.

    I had a date the day I went to Churrascos and honestly, everything was good!! Our server was attentive and the food is really good.

    We ALWAYS love the Sugar Land Charrascos! Pancho, the GM is a wonderful host and always makes us feel like we've been pampered. Love the view, the food, the service, everything!

    The Churrascos Oscar and Lamb Chops with Brussels Sprouts were excellent. The Tres Leches is an excellent dessert. Service was pretty good as well.

    Hostess kept placing black people in 2 seat area of high traffic. My wife and I are black, had a reservation, and we were initially placed there. We asked for another table and was given a table with 4 chairs. By the way, there were 4 open tables with 4 seats available, but we were offered the crampy 2 seater. 3 white couples were seated after us and none were offered the 2 seater. Black couple came in next and was given the 2 seater. Very disturbing because afterwards, a white couple sat at the last 4 seater. I told the hostess and their management to stop there discriminatory practices. I understand that some may come without reservations, however, we had one days in advance and were sent to that garbage table with 4 open tables of 4. Shame on them all…they knew what they were doing on Mother’s Day.

    The place was over booked. It was crowded. No direction by staff. Very disappointing for this normally fine restaurant. Food was good. I won't do the buffet there ever again.
