Service was horrible! We had to flag down the waiter or staff whenever we wanted a drink or food. Some food never came out, came out wrong and it took 3 times for a drink to come out correctly. Would not recommend especially spending almost $400 for 3 women to eat.

Food was decent, service was seriously lacking. Food took forever even though restaurant was basically empty, server forgot our drinks twice and seemed to move with no sense of urgency( probably because they knew they were getting a tip regardless, auto 20%) For almost $300 for two people you would expect better service. There are other nice places in miami with just as good food and ambiance with significantly better service.

I’ll waiter Adriana was absolutely fantastic. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The food was tasty. I got a little bit pricey.

What a great find. Food, ambience, and service were so incredible. I believe our server was Oscar and he was amazing.

Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend. Food is very good and service is excellent. There is a live dj- so keep that in mind. We went to the London place many times so we are happy they opened in Miami too.

First time at this restaurant and my husband and I loved everything. We chose one of the tasting menus and each dish was unique and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. It will not disappoint.

Server did absolutely nothing. Said hello and asked if we already knew what we wanted, which we didn’t. He said okay that he would come back when we’re ready - no suggestions and didn’t even ask if we had questions, I had to asked him to tell me some of his favorites b/c he was going to skate by and do nothing and that I would still over-tip because I have hard time tipping any less. I know service industry is a hard job all around. Didn’t realize the service charge was already included and the server made sure to avoid mentioning or making any sign of it, so I generously double tipped him well over 20%. He checked on us one time after our food, and then let us know he was leaving minutes after. Took my double tip and scrammed so quickly. I sensed something was up with his energy and then saw the check detail. I wouldn’t mind if he gave great service, but I’m having a hard time to say that he even did the bare minimum. I wish that money would’ve went to someone who at least was nice to us…😕
