I went here for my best friends birthday dinner and the service was great and the food was delicious!! Crab cake is a must have!

Food was excellent, generally service was very good. One issue - the waiter was constantly trying to upsell items - lobster tails, large seafood towers - I don't go to a restaurant to get sold to - I appreciate suggestions but know when enough is enough.

We had exceptional waiters that performed beyond expectations. The food was fresh and the lobster tower was excellent and highly recommended.

As always Chops was the perfect dining experience from start to finish. Anthony and Tamir provided excellent service and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. What a wonderful evening🙌🏼

Great food , service, ambience. Wine was a full big glass $12 for fume Blanc . Escargot not as good as it once was. Caesar ‘s salad great, onion rings great, fried lobster tail the best!!!

Earl and Alessandro were excellent waiters. They were engaging, pleasant, and attentive. Alessandro returned on several occasions to ensure we enjoyed our food. The food tasted amazingly delicious. The ambiance was enjoyable where we could have a conversation.

We did not feel the experience was equivalent to the cost. The staff seemed staged, not friendly at all. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the wait staff certainly didn’t make it seem like a celebratory occasion. I don’t think we will return again. There are other upscale restaurants in the area that offer a better dining expedience, at a better value.

Incredible steaks! Mac and cheese came out cold and calamari was very greasy. Server was a little rude, but nothing crazy. Still best steaks!

food was terrific as usual. we eat there several times a year. server was attentive and not intrusive-gave us pleanty of spoace and time to relax and enjoy the experience. noise level was higher than on previous occasions with a large noisy party at the bar but it did get quieter by the time our food was served.

Celebrated out birthdays and an Anniversary and Chops DID NOT disappoint. 11 stars for the Staff, food and beverages. It was our first visit and will not be our last.

The server immediately asked us upon being seated … what we were drinking ??? He was persistent and asked repeatedly. I told him I wanted a glass of wine several times . Finally got this resolved . The food seemed rushed but it was fine .

Great waiter and staff. Forgot his name but he was from Turkey. Wonder guy. Longer than usual wait time between apps and main course. Manager comped us with A5 Waygu! Also received free desserts. A hidden gem on the menu is the Porterhouse lamp chops.

My party and I experienced one of the finest and most delicious lunches ever! we all started with yummy stone crab claws, and from there, we enjoyed steaks and a variety of seafood items! Our service was impeccable and enjoyed every moment!

It had been several years since my wife and I had eaten at Chops (upstairs, not the Lobster Bar), but I wanted a special dinner for my wife’s birthday treat, and Chops was it! Great food, as usual, as was the service. Very attentive without hovering! It was great and everything we had hoped for.

Waiter came off rude warmed up towards end of night but definitely showed signs of inequality till he realized we were paying a +s400 plus bill with very reasonable tip..

Took an out of town business guest to Chops. He is a big premium steakhouse guy He gave two big thumbs up on the quality (bone in ribeye) and ambiance Always a quality experience. Food, drinks, and service all impeccable. Thanks to the staff also for honoring my request for a secluded seat to allow some business talk.

For starters we 3 had Caesar and chopped salads, all perfect. Main courses: crab cakes— very good, filet— very very good, and Ahi Tuna—excellent. We enjoyed the corn mash, green beans and whipped potatoes as sides. Okay, I don’t get why the potatoes are whipped to the point that they approach strained baby food. Topped off the meal with a cheesecake. Service was impeccable, as usual.

We were celebrating our youngest son's birthday. We appreciated the recognition of his birthday from various staff members. Our waiter and his assistant were excellent. My son thoroughly enjoyed the warm spinach salad, macaroni and cheese and his steak. My husband and i both enjoyed the lobster bisque. I had the filet mignon, and he had the grouper which were both delicious. This is an excellent restaurant for special occasions.

Our experience at Chops was wonderful! We ordered several entrees, including the bone in filet & crab cakes and they were delicious. Our waiter and the hostess were also very pleasant. It took some time for valet to retrieve our car but that was to be expected on a busy Friday evening. We’ll definitely visit again soon!

I was less than impressed. Used to think it was one of the best places in ATL but the service wasn’t great…felt rushed and judged, like I wasn’t good enough to be there. I wouldn’t go if I couldn’t afford it, morons. They wrote ‘Happy Anniversary’ even though it was my wife’s birthday. The creamless corn mash was really good, I will say that. But the experience was a big bust for us.

As always, noise level is a little much. Sol is a fabulous waiter. No request unmet! Will always request him! Food was outstanding, as well as the cocktails.

So glad they have the Kyma grilled octopus as an appetizer ! We had a terrific dry aged porterhouse for two…delicious. Very happy with our experience

Our food was good and so was our waiter. However, the rest of the staff was no that friendly. We frequent here often. I was celebrating my birthday. Our table mates made us feel more welcome by engaging with us. W what key lime pie for my birthday treat. It was not that good. We have definitely had better.
