Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. Chop is one of our favorite Steakhouses, we have done anniversaries, birthdays, date nights - we have given others gift cards to go and cannot hype it up enough! The staff is always amazing - shout out to Jules on the bar side. The food is always 👌🔥 - highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Tataki and any steak on the menu, every one is absolutely delicious!

Our server Sydney was awesome - very attentive and friendly! The manager Rochelle was also amazing. My husband and I both ordered the black truffle butter sirloin - excellent choice! So much flavour. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Our appetizer was the wild mushroom and goat cheese with truffle honey dip - so delicious! We will definitely be back soon!

Thank you to all the staff who served and attended to us last night for my husbands birthday party. We had a table of about 20 and food& drink orders were out in a timely manner, food was absolutely delicious. The spicy margs were absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond with letting me bring balloons and a cake a couple of hours before. Amazing service!

The only complaint is my son and I both had the same cut of prime rib and they were not close to same size. My sons was nice even cut and mine came out like a wedge. My son got a bigger nicer cut. Which is normal for you guys. Not the cut I got.

Becca was an amazing server!!! So glad we got her! She went above and beyond. Got us champagne and a card for our construction company five year anniversary. Thanks lady! Also the pink lemonade was to die for. Wish I wasn’t driving! 💜

Made my daughter’s birthday memorable with birthday card signed by the staff and the complimentary birthday dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate. Hospitality was superb, meals were awesome and overall a wonderful evening for our first time at CHOP.

Chop was great as usual! A very well run establishment starting at the top with General Manager Michelle. Bartender Kara was awesome as always. Chop never disappoints and I would recommend it to everyone!

We returned to the Chop and sat in the lounge. It’s a nice environment, Clean and not too loud. The service was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious.

Had a reservation. We were seated at that back “Flamingo Room”. Tables were too close together, lights were bright, it felt like eating at a hotel free breakfast. Not at all like a steakhouse. Very disappointed to pay steakhouse prices for a Denny’s eating experience. I felt swindled, a nice formal family outing ruined. I would never eat here again, probably would never eat at CHOP again. On a positive note, the waitress was really nice.

Overall good food and good dining experience. Essentially is the same as the keg steakhouse with a slightly different menu

Valentines dinner, was seated on the bar side, which was appreciated since it was adult date night. Waitress was attentive but did not hover.

Service was great food was at best mediocre. Feed came barely warm and reordered was also very expensive. We are usually dedicated Keg Customers but thought we would give this a go

The steak was small and tough, soup wasnt very hot, the long island ice tea was disgusting. Lobster was good and so was the staff. The bill was way too high for the quality off the food.....wont be coming back

Other then the family encouraging the baby to scream it was great food is always excellent my steak wasn’t as well done as I would have liked it but was still great the waiter was awesome

It is our favorite place to dine for celebrations... family remembrances... and a "treat" dinner out.. and it did not disappoint. The prine rib is so delicious and perfectly cooked... the cop salad is devine. Service is exemplary... just what we needed for the occasion.. it's absolutely not the cheapest night out... but then... is there a price for perfection??? Thanks you CHOP for a lovely evening.

We actually commented on how quiet it was and that we felt like it was a more intimate experience. Perhaps it was the location of the table, or the crowd, but it was really enjoyable.

We have been to this restaurant a number of times and every time it has been an awesome experience. The food is always so good and the customer service is amazing. Totally recommend this restaurant!

We were both craving steak so we decided to make a reso - this place is busy so a reservation is always a must. The service was great and the perfect balance of attentive and friendly. Their steaks are amazing and my husband loves the prime rib. We were seated in a back area with a large party so it was a little loud but not terrible. They have nice comfy booths and I love the slight buttery crust on the outside of their tenderloin - the cook was perfect and melted in my mouth. The drink menu has lots of great options and our cocktails were delicious. Overall, this is so much better than The Keg and has become our go-to affordable-‘luxury’ steakhouse.
