Our server was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. I had the ribeye. It was just okay. It’s been better in the past. I had MR as always, but it was too rare in parts and I couldn’t finish it. Normally I can if it’s not done enough but this was blue really. Vegetables were great. Loaded mashed I’d pass on next time. They were just okay.

Service was very good. Friendly and timely. The food was a bit cold and the booth was not super clean. Overall a bit overpriced, but great servers.

Appetizers and drinks are the only thing I’d go back for. For a steakhouse you expect the main thing to be the best part of the meal, and it was very disappointing. Steak was way overcooked. Vegetables and baked potato (very lacking on toppings) were below average. Took a very long time for food to come out. Table beside us also had issue with their meals and were talking to the manager for what felt like 45 minutes. Shockingly bad for the price of the meals.

After 1 Hr. We did not have drinks that were ordered. Asked for Manager & server came back and said they had ran out of our order. ( draft beer and a classic bourbon!!) Manger came over and apologized and said all drinks would be comped. That was the repair, but no excuses for 1 hour wait!!! Will never go back as the waitress should have picked up on the problem within 15 minutes! In between our wait we asked for water which was never served

Me and my buds try to take in the Downtown Chop a couple times per Oilers season. Last night was our last ticket for the year so we made a reso for Chop. It didn't disappoint. Awesome atmosphere and fantastic food. It was all topped off from Michael who I believe is the AGM. What a great dude. Very professional and polite. Finally I must give huge gratitude to our server Amal. She was so friendly and has a great sense of humour. Thanks again to CHOP for making our experience great.

It was okay not great but okay. Food was fine, chairs were fine, service was good, location was kind of boring, I’d go back but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Service was terrible. She was clearly new but we waited a long time and she came back a few times to double check because she forgot our order. It was a busy oiler night but our service was awful.

my wife has a gluten allergy and the waitress and staff went above and beyond with their service. We've been there several time now and I would have to really dig hard to come up with a complaint. Brad & Tannis from Cold Lake.

As per concerts we attend, my girlfriend and I always come here. And we always have a great experience. This time our waitress Brooke was so good to us from start to finish.

Ashley, Aman (sp?) and one other gentleman took great care of me. The food was spot on as expected and the drinks were masterfully made. This is my second time at this location and it did not disappoint. Compliments to the chef and cooking staff. Thanks for making my Edmonton trip even better.

Had to go around all the doors to see which one was actually open. Took a long time for waitress to come even to ask for drinks. We placed our order for burger and fries at 12:15 and didn't get our food until 12:45. There were only 3 other tables occupied at the time.

Enjoyed the pistachio crusted cod and the beans and butternut squash was delicious. We also ordered the passion fruit cheesecake which was delectable. Service was excellent as well.

First time visiting the downtown location. Celebrated a birthday, great service, very attentive staff, but gave us space to enjoy or meal and our visit. We will be back.

Food and service was great! Enjoyed appetizers, mains and drinks! Price is the only concern as we had 2 appetizers, 4 meals, bottle of wine and a few cocktails with tip over $500. Comparable meal and drinks recently (competitor) was $400 Wine & cocktails were higher at the CHOP

Restaurant was almost empty when we arrived and sat and ordered drinks and it took 45 minutes to get a glass of wine and then the food orders got mixed up multiple times and one glass of wine never did get to the table. It took 25 minutes to get a glass of water and an pop. So beverage service whether it was the bar or the waitress was horrible. The food when it arrived was good just wasn’t all correct as ordered, whether that was the waitress or the kitchen.
