We're debuting our custom gin, crafted with lemongrass, makrut lime & Thai chili - the perfect blend for summer! Enjoy a 4-course dinner, each course paired with Block Distilling’s premium spirits. Expect an exciting menu featuring ChoLon's signature bites, (yes- dumplings!), all crafted to complement the unique flavors of the gin. Block Distilling does things the hard way, crafting every spirit in-house from start to finish. They work directly with a farming family in Missouri to grow 70% of their grain, ensuring quality from the first seed. The other 30% comes from Colorado farms. No shortcuts, just pure craftsmanship.

Had dinner & drinks in the mezzanine which was very comfortable. There was a rep from a distillery & we had 2 tastings. The cocktails were really good. The soup dumplings were good but not as good as they are at the downtown Cholon. Will improve as time goes on as this place is new. The shrimp bao buns were outstanding as was the shrimp shumai.

The food was excellent in my opinion. Servuce was also.tio notch. We had a late dinner and were not rushed out the door even though we stayed a bit beyond closing. I would recommend Cholon highly.

We sat at the bar where Jake took great care of us. When you go to Cholon you must start with the Soup Dumplings. They are outstanding. We then moved on to the Bao Buns accompanied by the Crab Fried Rice. Everything was amazing. We love the new Sloans Lake location. The staff was so welcoming. We will be back!

Always, delicious food and exceptional service. A couple new dishes that I didn’t recognize from the downtown location. Crab fried rice and shrimp bao buns were excellent!

The service was great but I went there for my birthday dinner and I was not impressed unfortunately. They say their dishes are meant to be family style but the portions were very small and the food was almost too rich to finish anyway. First and last time here.

Great experience! Food was off the charts. All menu items were unique and had great blends of flavors! Management helped us with a great table for a special event. Service was excellent and friendly, atmosphere was lively and light. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic happy hour at the bar. Bartender was friendly and made me one of their cocktails with less sugar. Delish! Food was outstanding and atmosphere fun and lively. Highly recommend!
