At this extraordinarily rare opportunity hosted by Stephen Lyman of Honkaku Spirits, guests will experience exciting, curated shōchū, perfectly paired with China Chilcano's vibrant offerings. Throughout this one-night-only experience, enjoy courses featuring our unagi causa, hiramasa tiradito, duck canelones, and more. Each course will be paired with cocktails or unique expressions of Shōchū presented by Honkaku.

    The food was high quality and served fast. The waitress was exceptional. However, a manager who was standing at a station near us sat us in a tight corner. There were two booths available and they were provided to two other couples. We would have been far more comfortable there, but one of the managers (nearest us and wearing a charcoal grey suit) was not attentive to us.

    Excellent food and service. The background music is very loud, so don’t count on having a conversation. Otherwise would be a 5 star experience.

    China Chilcano is a wonderful restaurant. Fantastic dining experience from the food, to the decor, to the service. 10/10 We all enjoy China Chilcano (and all Jose Andres’ restaurants). Highly recommended!

    The food and drinks were good but the place was loud. We did one of the tasting menus. I could not hear our server describing the various dishes. Service was spotty but okay.

    I thought the food was outstanding, and the service was also excellent. We had a big group, so we were able to taste many dishes - all of which were super tasty. Highly recommend.

    We loved the food and sitting outside was great. I’ll for sure go back. Everything in the menu sounded good
