Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante combinée à une approche directe à la cuisine. Le menu reflète le caractère saisonnier et les produits de la région. Un service exceptionnel et un programme de vin reconnu vous assureront une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Le menu comprend un choix à la carte et une dégustation du chef composée de 4 plats. Le chef et propriétaire, Jason Shaeffer, adopte un style raffiné mais décontracté autant dans la cuisine que dans le restaurant. Shaeffer a été formé par des chefs renommés : Thomas Keller (Per Se) et Terrance Brennan (Artisanal) à New York. Plus récemment, il a ouvert le 1500 Ocean à Hotel del Coronado à San Diego et a reçu des éloges au niveau local et national. La vision du chef Shaeffer est de créer un lieu de restauration dans le nord du Colorado. Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar est idéalement situé entre Fort Collins, Loveland et Greeley; Chimney Park est à courte distance en voiture de la I-25 en direction du centre-ville historique de Windsor.

Chimney Park is a delightful treat to have in our community. Great staff, amazing food with some interesting dishes. Try the foie gras and the beef tallow candle, both to die for! Really great steaks too.

A wonderful early dinner at Chimney Park. Great tasting (with option for wine pairing) and a la carte menus. From our greeting at the host stand through cocktails and on to dessert, the front and back of the house curated and coordinated our experience with wonderful care and attention. Love the team at Chimney Park!

We came here for our anniversary. Our dinner was cooked just right and very tasty. Karen, our server, took very good care of us and made the whole dining experience special. Chris, the sommelier, was available to answer questions we had about the wine and was extremely knowledgeable. This is one of our favorite restaurants!

Excellent food and great wine list. Good service. Was there for a special occasion and they mentioned it twice during service. Wrote "Happy Anniversary" on our desert plates.

Great collection of items on tonight's menu. Enjoyed the sweetbreads starter w morels, gem wedge and sea bass with a Canard Rose & Failla Chardonnay

Ordered grilled octopus grouper and field green salad Absolutely delicious!! Beautiful very ambiant incredible wine list and Chris the somalier is fantastic very knowledgeable staff is inviting and sincerely kind. Great service Chef Jason was so pleasant to visit with a true 5 star experience will be back! Thank you for the great dinner and conversations

It had been a while since we have eaten at Chimney Park and I am so happy that we returned last night. The food was amazing, and the staff was attentive. I had the caviar for an appetizer served perfectly with blinis and for the main course I had sweetbreads with sautéed potatoes. The potatoes were luscious and creamy and the sweetbreads were crispy and luxurious on the inside, the perfect bite. We will be back soon.
