Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante combinée à une approche directe à la cuisine. Le menu reflète le caractère saisonnier et les produits de la région. Un service exceptionnel et un programme de vin reconnu vous assureront une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Le menu comprend un choix à la carte et une dégustation du chef composée de 4 plats. Le chef et propriétaire, Jason Shaeffer, adopte un style raffiné mais décontracté autant dans la cuisine que dans le restaurant. Shaeffer a été formé par des chefs renommés : Thomas Keller (Per Se) et Terrance Brennan (Artisanal) à New York. Plus récemment, il a ouvert le 1500 Ocean à Hotel del Coronado à San Diego et a reçu des éloges au niveau local et national. La vision du chef Shaeffer est de créer un lieu de restauration dans le nord du Colorado. Went for our anniversary and had a great time. Wonderful food, fun service and perfect wine pairings with each course. Likely the highest end restaurant in northern Colorado. Expensive but for us was completely worth it.

This was a wonderful experience in a nice town. The wine list was very deep and the food was just right. The ambience was quiet and the service was top-notch.

A lovely start to the weekend! We made a reservation for the bar high top seating, 4:30 on a Friday. We split several dishes all were well-prepared and delicious. The cocktails were perfect and service was attentive. Five stars all around!

You provided an excellent 37th anniversary dinner. The service was outstanding as was the food. My Manhattan was the best I’ve had in a very long time. It was our first time there, we will definitely come again. Having a smaller venue was so refreshing . Thank you for helping to make it a special evening.

From the moment we walked in to when we walked out the experience was outstanding. The food and presentation was some of the best. We found a great place to eat and relax.

It was tasty, and our server was excellent 👌.... Only issue really was that my pork belly wasn't crispy, so the fat was kind of chewy and it was bland. It was the Cajun bacon and eggs, but the Cajun didn't really show up.
