CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

This was our first time at Chica and we were impressed. I had the salmon from the restaurant week menu and my wife had the short ribs. Both were cooked perfectly with outstanding flavor. I loved the sauces used on both. I had the tres leches cake for desert which was also great. Sadly we were disappointed with the Churros which were not fresh.

Food was delicious but the service was a little slow. Music was way too loud, making it very hard to have a conversation as everyone was yelling over the music. Also it didn't seem like the right music for the atmosphere,

Everything was amazing. The food was incredibly flavorful and well presented. My only complaint is I felt like it was a little loud. Our party of 8 could only converse with those directly next to them, otherwise perfect!

The food and the service were great. This was our second visit there. The only thing I could say I didn't really like is the music can be a bit loud making it difficult to talk to someone across the table. But this seems to be the case with a lot of similar restaurants in the strip casinos. That being said, we would return

We had higher expectations for CHICA. The food was very salty, all 3 of our dishes. We ordered the short rib dish, salmon dish, and the skirt steak. I have read some reviews on food being too salty and it was the case for us. We had ordered a bottle of red wine and waitress came back to let us know that wine was sold out. Rather than giving us another option to choose from in place of it, it felt like we needed to choose one that a lot higher in price. We ended up not ordering the bottle but settling for the martinis and old fashion we started with. The ambiance is nice but loud, which is expected

Excellent experience! Dinner was DELICIOUS! Our server was awesome. We tried the Flaming Skull for dessert- what a presentation!!🥳 We highly recommend Chica!
