When we arrived the first words from the front desk was we should have arrived 45 minutes before our reservation time. (So why make reservations??)and they were busy and now they didn’t know where they were going to seat us. We then waited to be seated when she came to seat us she then says they were very busy and we were going to be waiting over and hour 1/2 to be served and that was exactly the case when they came out with the food everyone’s food was cold including my coffee 😡

Despite making a reservation we were told it would be an additional 30-45 minute wait. We want to the bar to order a drink and the bartender was able to seat us! She was wonderful! Enjoyed the food and the ambiance!

Mother’s Day day dinner turned disaster. Ran out of straws. Ran out of food but didn’t get notified until 30min later. The food that did come out was terrible. Don’t eat meat and brought out burrito with steak and shrimp. Shrimp tacos, shrimp looked undercooked. The food looked like trash. Terrible experience and on Mother’s Day.

Even though we had a reservation we were told they needed an additional 30mins. No problem, it's a busy day so we wanted and walked around. 30mins later I checked in and they let me know then it would be an additional 1hr. That's really not acceptable. I am not sure why they overbooked so many reservations and why they could not give an accurate projection of the time needed, but had they told me 90mins from the start at least I would not have wasted 30mins before learning we'd need to find food somewhere else.

My family reserved four seats outside for Mother’s Day at 12:15. When we arrived at 12:05 for our reservation we were told there would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. At 12:30 I checked in with the hostess again and was told that it would be another 30 to 40 minute wait. We waited for a little longer hoping our reservation/ table would be called. After forty five minutes , we decided to leave. We left after 45 minutes because we talked to other families who were waiting about an hour for their reservation yet who were not called for a table. It was chaotic and many families with reservations were waiting for over an hour.

There was quite a wait but it was Mother's Day and the staff did a great job getting people through as fast as possible. The food was slow to arrive but we didn't mind as the location and view were really pleasant. The food was delicious - can't go wrong with fajitas! Our waitstaff were very, very nice and cheerful which was incredible considering how hard and fast they had to work.

Made reservations and still waited 45 mins to be seated. Chebys were seating walk-ins before reserved customers. Terrible experience. Food was push out quick as possible and was able to tell, not good.

No servers showed up to work on Sunday, so they couldn't seat anyone. One table was available and the host gave it to a walk-in party of 7 that didn't have a reservation instead of seating the dozens of people waiting who did have reservations. They couldn't tell us when they expected any servers to show up, so we left.

Food was left under the warmer until the eggs were dried out. They forgot the eggs on the chilequilis and had to bring them on a separate plate. They also forgot 2 orders of pancakes from the breakfast combos so we had to ask for them to go. Overall great atmosphere and not bad for mothers day.
