Pretty cool place.. Maybe a little more lightning. Also my steak was too tough for me to chew.. My waitress rectified the situation quickly.. Overall we were satisfied and thankful.

Overall our Mother’s Day Brunch was great! I believe they could have had more servers, our server Roberto appeared a little overwhelmed. I appreciated the fact of one of the managers handing out $10 off coupons for our next visit prior to our experiencing slow service. Chevy’s has been doing this for some years now and it’s an added bonus on Mother’s Day!!!

We have so much more enjoyed this Chevy's! The service is always exceptional and the food delicious! We drive all the way from South county because this location is superior to the one closer to us.

The restaurant was warmer inside than it was outside. It made it very uncomfortable as the temperature outside was very warm as well. Or food seemed as though it has sat under the lamps for too long…not hot and dried out. We have enjoyed this restaurant in the past and wanted to try it again while in town. It did not live up to the past expectations.

There seems to be a disconnect at the host/hostess stand when acknowledging the reservation-holder’s arrival. It takes a while till someone attends that station and then telling them you’re on the list through the app, so they even look at it , is dismissive sided as unnecessary to them. Getting messages from Open Table about my compliance with our terms seems unnecessary. What else can we do but repeat that we’d like to be checked in on their list?!

We were so disappointed! The food was terrible! Steak was tough and everything was extremely salty! Even the chips were overcooked…not the normal thin crispy chips you are used to at Chevys. For the amount of money we spend it was a real disappointment!

You can tell that restaurants are struggling to find good help. The service was slow all around...from getting seated to being served. Once we were served, the quality of the food was average at best. Typically, we could rely on the service and quality at Chevy's but something has shifted so we won't be going back for a while.

At first, we were disappointed that our favorite server wasn’t there. Well, it’s NYE Day and schedules change. However, Hannah was there; hadn’t seen her in months. She is excellent! I think she watched the food being prepared because it came out perfectly. The kitchen was well staffed today! I had the ABC omelet and actually got the celery, bacon, and avocado in a presentation that matches my hope and the picture on the menu! When there’s enough talent in the kitchen and servers who care (and Chevy’s servers do), it’s an excellent experience. We never saw any of the management team (often a very good thing lately).

Our family of 10 went to Chevys on Christmas eve. Had the pleasure of a dedicated server who was very engaging & attentive. The food was wonderful as well.

The staff was mostly friendly including our server and the manager. The greeter could have been warmer when we walked in. They were having some staff issues and it took us 20 minutes just to get served and about another 45 minutes to get our food. The food was very disappointing with little taste and the corn chips we were given were mostly crumbs.

Well our server Hannah was wonderful but the food from the kitchen was not so good. The vegetables were over cooked, the tortillas soup was bad, the chicken wings were overcooked. The waiters kept bringing g the wrong food to our table. The nacho and salsa was bad the ships did not seem to be store bought. No condiments in the table. Long wait for food. But Hannah our waitress was awesome give her a raise. She mad it ok.

Our table was for 18 people, and I had to increase the reservation from 10 to 12 to 18, and each time, the staff at Chevy's changed the reservation very pleasantly, and the table was ready when we got there. Everything was perfect! Great service, GREAT margaritas and delicious food. They sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, and we all had a great time. Thank you, Chevys!

I have been there a couple of times this month and have found it to be quite pleasant. There have been several promotions lately that have brought us into the restaurant. We have been quite happy with the service and the meals served. If you haven't been there lately, I suggest that you give it a try.

Tried the carne asada fries and birria tacos for first time and both were great! I usually get the chicken flautas which are always good. Plus their salsa is the best. They were out of Cabernet but the service was exceptional. I’ll be back again for happy hour.

We have been to this Chevy's over the years and have, over the past couple of years, noted a decline in quality and service. I received an email today about a promotion they were running and my wife and I decided to give them another chance. We were surprisingly delighted by the entire experience. Our waitress, Luz, greeted us promptly with chips and salsa, took our drink order, and quickly explained the promotion. Our order was not immediately ready, but it was not inordinately delayed either. When it arrived the presentation far exceeded what we had become accustomed to at this Chevy's. It was abundantly portioned and sizzling hot. Luz was very attentive and seemed to show up every time we needed something or had a question. It seemed that she had about half a dozen tables that were each well attended. The meal was delightful and we even tried the "Ooey Gooey" dessert, which was easily enough for the two of us. I took time to talk with the manager, who is apparently relatively new, and he seemed to be aware of past issues and was part of a team working to re-establish this Chevy's credibility. If you haven't been lately you should give it a visit. If you are lucky enough to get Luz, I guarantee you will have a great experience.

Luz is our favorite server. She’s very aware of my food allergies and limitations. Most restaurants we visit, we find the best servers and stick. I had the ABC omelette, it was very good on Saturday! My husband ordered the taquitos and we both had plenty of refills of the iced tea. The handicap parking spots were open and not being misused. The kitchen was II their game. Hostess was very cordial. The ABC has celery, bits of bacon, and is topped with avocado. There are potato cubes with peppers and onion. I love it! Naturally there are chips and salsa with refills if necessary. Luz always makes us feel like family; welcomed and appreciated. She’s great!

They obviously have staffing problems. 2 tables left before us because they never got their food. Never saw the waiter again after we got our food. Went for nostalgia only.

My food was not hot when it came out but the waitress took it back and it was good and hot when she brought it back. There was no draft beer and the food was good but not great.

The service from kitchen was really SLOW! Our waitress was fine but she had too many tables. She was slow to get our orders but not her fault. After waiting 40 minutes for our order to arrive (in bits and pieces) we had to hunt down a manager to help us get food. One ordered tamales but they lost them in the kitchen. I can’t recommend going back because of the poor service from kitchen.

This was my first time having brunch at Chevys. We were the first customers so it was very quite . Our server was very personable and she sang a few happy birthday tunes to my niece in Spanish. I had the crab and shrimp omelet and it was very good! I plan to go back! The service was good!

I had an unsatisfactory experience with the service at lunch. I went to this place with a friend, but the food quality was poor. I ordered enchiladas, but they were served cold. As I was running out of time for lunch, I couldn't wait for them to be reheated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

The pick 2 combo with the chicken flautas and birria taco was delicious. Plus the chips and salsa never disappoint. I noticed they have good happy hour deals so plan to come back for that.

Noise level is low. Outside seating is amazing. It was nice having dinner outside enjoying the little breeze. The food is really good as well as the drinks!

Four of us had great drinks and meals at Chevy's on Sunday. Brittney, our server, was wonderful. She and the kitchen handled our special requests for ingredient modifications of the guacamole, seafood enchiladas, and fish tacos with grace and expertise.

Left a conference at The Dome & got stuck in traffic, they kept our reservation even tho we were late & we got very good food & wonderful service!! Would recommend 10/10!!😍♥️👌🏻
