Welcome to your home away from home. The locals' lounge room.
Where new and old friends from around the globe gather for organic charcuterie, house-made pasta + European and Australian wine.

Owner Stu and his team enjoy meats of Europe, the pastas of Italy, and wines from off the beaten track. The restaurant comes together over a love of pork and swill (and country music).

The kitchen team spends afternoons pickling, rolling gnocchi, making focaccia and keeping an eye on our beloved cured meats and pecorino cheese wheels. By nightfall the show is on, the house is full and the atmosphere is swinging.

So come on in and let us guide you through our menu. Welcome to our Diner!!

Fantastic as always. Divine Smokey Margheritas , we had delicious octopus , duck pate. The service here is always so good. I love that the owner talks to everyone , he makes it very personal .

Our favourite restaurant in the whole of Sydney. The service is sensational, they remember your name and your life story everytime you go. The staff are truly fantastic and the food is to die for. It’s an experience like no other without outrageous prices. We go at least once every few months. Couldn’t rave about this place anymore

Already want to go back to taste the rest of the menu ! Food and wine were fantastic (quality is there ! ) , amazing staff, and not a thing that i say a lot in Sydney but the service was really good. Great atmosphere and music (not too loud ). Nothing wrong to say about this place , i 100% recommend !

Truly one of the best gems in Sydney Exceptional service that is always consistent with an incredibly consistent menu that never fails to disappoint. If you’re trying to impress someone with somewhere cool to dine, Chester white is definitely the place to go!

The food was beyond incredible. The owner was charismatic and genuinely cared about giving his customers a great experience. Would 10/10 move to potts point just to make it my local restaurant ❤️

Could not fault it. Food was delicious with some great options. Too full to try it all but will be back to try the rest. Service was amazing. Very informative and attentive without being in your face. Made a great date night.

If I could give the food, vibes and service more stars I would have. Hands down the best service in Sydney and the best food we’ve had in a very long time. I loved everything about Chester White - the perfect date night spot.

Some of the most delicious pasta I've ever eaten. Chester White has received some rave reviews from friends and colleagues, and for good reason. I had the carbonara and I was blown away by the simplicity and flavour. The staff are beyond lovely and witty and fun, and they are genuinely passionate about making sure you have a great night. I'll be returning soon.
