    The staff including leaders were extremely attentive. Our server Abigail was personable and informative. She was also friendly all while being very busy. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! The Shrimp Rafael, the Strip Steak, and Beet Salad were superbly seasoned. I highly recommend ordering all three.

    Food was outstanding, but the service was significantly lacking, especially for the prices! Had to wait 15 minutes for our table, and the bartenders were so busy they didn't get around to offering to take our drink order until we were called to our table. Long waits for our drinks and for our order to be taken by the waitperson, who was obviously overwhelmed and had to be replaced by the sommelier in our section. The staff was friendly, but stretched way too thin for a restaurant of this quality, and with these prices. Also, valet parking at the Four Seasons was a complete disaster!! 30 minute wait for our car. Won't return anytime soon.

    Mother’s Day was a challenge for many places But, at this level they should do better. The service was pleasant but overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Food was generally good although the duck was overcooked.

    Excellent food and it was so nice to have a personalized card for my mom for Mother’s Day upon arrival. Really nice touch. However, my mom’s tea was not refilled and my dad had to ask for coffee refill. My mom’s side dish arrived as she was finishing her entree and no one offered us dessert or a dessert menu. I’ve only ever been there for dinner and this was lunch so maybe that’s the difference? The food is the same price for either meal, so for $30 entrees at lunch I expect better service.
