Our service was very slack. The fried asparagus was GREAT, yet our soup was barley warm and the crab cakes were meh...nothing special. I had to flag down for pepper. Never even checked on for quality and flavor. Very disappointed 😞 my brother-in-law did enjoy his seafood stew. Wouldn't eat here again. I've got much higher expectations, especially in a finer dining establishment.

I went here a year ago and the dish I got was amazing. I was sad to see it not on the menu now. The food this time wasn't great, which is sad considering how expensive it is. I was also dismayed at being told that I couldn't be told what exact ingredients were in the food. I have sensitivities and was told to just avoid things to be safe instead of the server even asking what was inside. Spent so much money and the food wasn't even good. Very disappointed.

Cool restaurant- great views of harbor- got there when it opened and service was a bit challenged. Food was good and our waiter was great but hostess did not seem interested in helping anyone.

Place has (3) things going for it: Location, location,location. Were it not on the Queen Mary it would not survive a week. Food is terribly average at best and service is slow. It’s not alone as the other places to eat on the Queen Mary are about the same. Go for the location and not for the food.

I arrived early but still took several minutes to be shown to my table, even though the restaurant was empty. Service was abyssal, slow, took a while to get my salad…. Then my steak turned up halfway through my eating my salad… Steak was not medium well but medium at best… I asked for a second glass of wine but waitress forgot, had to ask a second time … not happy… I’ve been to this restaurant before & service was excellent…

We had a quick dinner before a show here and it was perfect! The view is gorgeous, the waiter was kind and friendly, and the food came out fast. We ordered a bunch of appetisers including the bread, strawberry burrata, fresh oysters, vegan crab cakes and the clam chowder - I would recommend all of them!

Our server Juan was real good and attentive. While, I couldn’t determine if staffing was an issue or they had other events with food occurring, the items coming out of the kitchen took awhile. Respectfully, this was the worst tasting oysters rockefeller I’ve had. Way too much salt. It even came on top of a plate of salt, but it was just too much sodium for us both. My baramundi was a tad over cooked but still ok to eat. The apple cinnamon tart (forgot the name) was delicious. My drinks were good but not real strong. I guess what is expected if that makes sense. It’s noisy inside when busy as there’s no carpet. We would return for the QM experience and view but now look forward to just doing the observation bar. I admittedly would try breakfast or lunch at the CCH&B, but not return for dinner. My boyfriend’s filet mignon was cooked properly and tasted well.

Great views, nice waiter (Juan!), food was excellent (ceasar salad, rolls, filet mignon), dessert mud pie was spectacular.
