Situated in the heart of Ka’ana Kitchen’s open-air styled kitchen, we invite you to immerse yourself in our exclusive dining experience. Interact with our chefs as they thoughtfully curate a customized 6-course menu of fresh, local ingredients to stimulate your sense of adventure. To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier.

This exclusive experience is limited to seating’s at 6:00pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - Friday.
Maximum of 4 guests per party.

Chef’s Table: $195/person
Wine Pairings:
Premier Cru – a selection of our favorite wines from off the beaten path – creating a journey of discovery & delight +$125/person
Grand Cru – exclusive selection of hard to source, hard to replace but very easy to love wines +$250/person

Executive Chef: Ritchard Cariaga | Chef de Cuisine: Chance Savell

Due to limited seating, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy and $75/person cancellation fee.

One of the best chefs tables we have been to. They do 3 seatings a day- the 6pm appears to have the best seats in the house though!! 6 course meals with a few special pieces in between. Lots of interaction from the chefs and the whole family (Ohana)! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a wonderful experience. All the staff were engaging. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Exquisite wine pairings. A must-do for a celebration.

It was our first visit to the chef’s table and we loved it! The food was really great and all the staff were welcoming and professional. The service was spot on (John) and the chefs were super nice. Great evening.

Dinner at the chef's table at Ka'ana Kitchen was the best meal I've had at any Maui restaurant. Not only was the 6 course meal fantastic, but the Chefs Chase, Miguel and the rest of the kitchen staff and our waiter John were friendly and informative. The ingredients were top-notch with the deconstructed tuna roll having some of the best ahi and flavors of any we've ever tried. It beats my old favorites which sadly are no longer with us after the Lahaina fire including Lahaina Grill and Pacific'O. It is pricy, particularly when paired with a wine flight, but worth spending on if affordable, particularly for a special occasion.

Outstanding experience!! Everyone was so friendly-Gwen was very knowledgeable about our wine pairings and Chef prepared an outstanding menu. I would definitely book again!!

This was such an amazing experience. The only problem was we got full. Such great food. The chefs were all super nice and great. Our server, David, was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous experience. We are not adventurous diners so the Chefs Table experience really stretched our comfort zones. That being said, we will definitely return. It is very expensive at $194 per person so probably would not go with large group or family. Still a great experience with attentive chef, waiter and other chefs. All did a great job of explaining the different courses ( there were 6). Enjoyable experience.
