    The food as amazing!!! We loved that is was tucked away like a secret only a few people had the privilege to know about. Our female waitress was a welcome change to the predominantly male employee experience at high end restaurants! So much fun with the wine pairing too. We’re planning our next NYC trip around reservations at BF!!!

    Likely the best meal of my life. Even though the meal was very, very expensive, I don’t feel like I overpaid for it. The food is all incredible, and I appreciate that they don’t let concept or making anything too abstract get in the way of the taste. The taste of the food is front and center here.

    They are trying hard, but it’s almost an impossible act to follow. Chefs table is the creation of Chef Gutierrez so it’s impossible to replace him. It would be good for the owners to recognize this and to make peace with him.

    Outstanding dining adventure. Each course was unique, tastes we had never experienced before. The food was delicious, the staff was engaging, and the atmosphere was vibrant. An extravagant experience that is worth every penny.

    Overpriced foamy yet tasty dishes “food as art” left hungry. Trying too hard to live up to Michelin Status. Extremely expensive for what it is so expectations naturally would be high. Reality did not match anticipation would not go back.

    I had some of the best food and service of my life! Every dish blew my mind in a different way and the chefs even came by to say thank you for dining with them. I will totally be back ☺️. The host Melany was bomb too!

    The staff was incredible, as was the service. The presentation was also top notch. Most of the courses were phenomenal but my wife and i felt they really missed on the desserts. I also echo one of the reviewers they kept opening the door to outside and it was a little uncomfortably cold at times.

    I want to first say this review is going to come off bougie but when dinner cost as much as it does at Chef's Table you expect higher standers. My wife and I have been to Chef's Table several times in the past but this was our first time since Chef Ramires was fired. Since the first time we ever eat at Chef's Table it had been in our top 3 restaurants in the world and a few times gave my favorite restaurant Per Se a run for its money. Sadly after this last visit Chef's Table has fallen very far from what we experienced before. To start we weren't welcomed back. I know that sounds petty but it's the little things like that set that standers for high end restaurants. To be fair I put this off to all the changes at the restaurant and didn't think much of it. Little did I know that was just the start of the disappointments. We sat at the counter a place we sat before. However this time it felt like the stools were lower than before or they raised the counter. My wife and I felt like we were at the kids table as the counter came up to the middle of my chest. I'm not tall at 5'10" but I'm also not short so it was strange. The lights at the counter were turned all the way up. I guess to spotlight the food. I felt the lights should have been turned down at least 15%. The noise!! The guest sitting at the tables spoke so loud I couldn't even hear the sommelier explain the wines we were drinking. The room left like eating in a high school cafeteria due to so many people talking loud. Again this is something I have never experienced before at Chef's Table. The food. Hummmm My wife said it best to me. She said the food felt like they were trying to replicate Chef Ramires food with trying to put their own spin on it. What they did make was more misses than hits. I had a different second bit to my wife due to dietary restrictions. She had Wagyu and caviar and I had fish with caviar. My wife loved her bit but my bit was so bad. It tasted like fish left ou

    Everything was amazing but overall it was missing something. Food and service was a 10/10 but at that price range and Michelin level you are expecting something “extra” or “special” and this was more straightforward and conventional.

    Everything was great, but with the door being open and closed so much it got cold inside. Also, AMY enjoyed deserts but for me personally sorbets aren’t my thing and 3 out of 4 were sorbets, so little variety would be better. Food itself was great

    This was an extraordinary culinary experience. We went all out with the wine pairing and the special additions of truffles and caviar. Every dish was memorable and worthy of being savored. The first-class service was the icing on the cake.

    We enjoyed the dinner there with the taste menu with total 14 course. every course was explained in detail and i was impressed by the creative combination of the ingredients to give an amazing taste. while seating at the counter we could appreciate the whole process how each course was made. i loved the pear ice cream. the lemon tart with a candle was also my favorite.

    Made me understand truly the art in cuisine. The service was as exquisite as the tastes; happy to answer every question and assist in the full appreciation of the experience. Probably the most expensive meal we have ever had and worth every cent.

    I had been to this restaurant 10 years ago in the original location with the original chef. The new iteration with new chefs and new location is not as intimate as before, but the food and the service is still top notch. It's a pricey meal, for sure; a special occasion sort of place in NYC.

    I’ve been to several 3 Michelin star restaurants and this was the worst. (Well they don’t technically still have their 3 stars due to being closed during the renewal, but I still expected that level of service) Upon arrival they were late to get us seated. Once seated it took a while for them to start our service. We let them know ahead of time that we were there to celebrate my and my fiances recent engagement. They didn’t do anything special to recognize the occasion. The food was no where near the level it should be. And it’s more expensive than Per Se. I’d recommend Per Se over Brooklyn Fare to everyone. Our meal was the 8:30 seating and we were there past midnight. Once we finished we sat a long time waiting for a check. Overall super disappointing.

    Shaq and Kobe. Jordan and Pippen. Chef Max and Chef Marco. Except they’re both Jordan. They are otherworldly. Their passion and love comes through with delicate precision and showmanship. Watching them work their magic filled me with excitement for each bite. They are very warm and welcoming. The service was 10/10. Chef Max and Chef Marco’s attention to detail was perfectly complimented by the service. They sat me front and center at the counter and made sure I was comfortable. They checked in regularly to make sure I was enjoying my evening. I cannot wait to come back and experience how the menu will transform over time. Thank you so much for having me.

    Didn’t care about the crab bites or the wagu dish Everything else was very good. The white truffle ice cream was phenomenal-memorable. But everybody else was just good. Nothing to rave about. Need more innovation for this kinda pricing

    I had the best experience! The foods were really delicious. The service from the Staffs were great! The presentation of each menu was superb! Overall, it was amazing and unique experience! The restaurant is inside the Grocery store and the entrance is in same grocery store. That's super cool! 😍👍

    Had a wonderful time here for my husbands birthday! Fun entrance through the grocery store. Nice ambiance and welcoming service, and the food was so delicious throughout. Crab tartlet and uni waffle were some favorites

    Roughly 12 courses, amuse a good consume, the bucket and crab is OK reminds me of the side you get with a katsu, or a crab yaki soba, the beef tartare can't go wrong with A5, soy sauce and nori. The uni with the waffle too sweet might be due to the truffle being in season, smoked sturgeon and potato chawanmushi style with caviar was OK pretty standard on a few 2 stars, Langostine with the pandan foam is a miss when you cook pandan it has a strong cardamom flavor over powers the sweet langostine, A4 beef seared was standard, the squab excellent. Desert the soba cake was the standout and of course the sorbet palate cleanser very nice. Service was good small mistakes like giving me the wrong drink or water is fine for me not to get your star's back as being consistent is key not consistently incorrect, also loved the 2 hostess I am glad they entertained me and my questions and had good conversation I was on seat C9 or so my check states. I WILL BE BACK just maybe after the menu changes

    I’m not normally much of a reviewer, but this was the Best meal we’ve ever had. And we’ve been to a lot of really nice restaurants. Kudos to Max, Marco and the whole team. They did an incredible dinner!
