Fabulous Mother’s Day brunch! Our waitress was attentive and warm. She was helpful regarding my son’s tree nut allergy. Cheever’s is always an excellent experience.

Cheevers was AMAZING. The ambiance of the entire place screams OKC. Amazing food and great server. They have the best chicken fried steak, and molasses roasted chicken. I’d recommend to anyone.

My buddy and I visited Cheever’s for a pre-concert meal, as it is just around the corner from the Tower Theater. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and server, and both accommodated us in a friendly and considerate manner. My seafood tamales were above suspicion, and my buddy raved about the ribs and side dishes. I always demand Woodford Reserve as a pre-meal cocktail, and Cheever’s has that in stock as well. Our overall service was so efficient that we were able to relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about time. I can’t wait to bring my wife!

The food was very good but the entire family felt rushed through the meal. It seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than a set of guests dining at the establishment.

Went for my son’s 33rd birthday and the food and wait staff was amazing as usual however, those around us were so loud. It was like they were trying to be distributive and rude. They seemed to be making a point to laugh over the top and dramatizing their laugh to irritate all around them. No consideration for anyone else trying to enjoy their meal. Even the wait staff seemed to acknowledge their loudness. I understand they were also paying for a meal so they had every right to be loud and enjoy their evening too but common courtesy should have taken precedence. We could have asked to be moved but it was a full house. Unfortunately after going for years we might think twice before we plan a family event here. We had to leave before dessert which we love and go the a coffee house to be able to visit and have a pastry. 😞

What an amazing place for a nice brunch! We stopped in on a Sunday midmorning. The building is a nostalgic art-deco building that has historic vibes but has been updated to modern chic indoors. We had a nice little table by the front window that was perfectly comfortable for my wife and I to share our intimate dining experience. We shared two plates: the chicken fried steak with jalapeno cream gravy and the creme brulee french toast with berries. The staff had each split onto two plates for easier sharing. These dishes were as pleasing to the tastebuds as they were to the eyes, with sophisticated culinary presentation. We were very satisfied with the portions. If we lived in OKC, we would be returning often, but we are feeling blessed to have had the experience on our visit. We are Cheever's believers now!

Cheever's was just as I remembered - good food, great service, spirited crowd. The spicy Caesar salad and the Brussel sprouts were exceptional! My entree was brought out wrong so Cheever's gave us our drink order on the house. Although very busy, the staff was very attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend!

The food was ok, nothing spectacular just average brunch. I had the Paul’s big boy & my husband had chicken fried steak… mine wasn’t great but his was good. The potatoes for both of us were just meh… I was slightly disappointed in the hostess staff as there were lots of open tables the entire time we were there but they made an elderly man sit at the bar top (high seats, hard to get in to for him) because he & I assume his daughter who brought him in didn’t have a reservation.

Cheevers food is always excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. Understanding that today is Easter Sunday, the service today was not the best because, it took almost 20 minutes for the food to arrive, 10 minutes for our drinks to be served, and we had to go look for our server to get the check. With that being said, we'll go back.

The food and service were great. My wife had the shrimp and grits and loved it. I had the jalapeño gravy chicken fried steak. Had plenty of the chicken fried steak left over for breakfast the next morning.

Live out of town and this was our first time to eat here…WE LOVED IT! Service was outstanding. Atmosphere was perfect. The food was excellent! We seriously had the best experience possible and will be back the next time we are in Oklahoma City!

We went to Cheever's for an early birthday dinner. The food was fantastic and the table we sat at was great. I love to sit by a window. The next table over got a bit rowdy, so the noise level cranked up. It's an energetic place. I had the boneless short ribs and would happily order them again. They were tender and full of flavor. My father ordered chicken fry with the gravy on the side, but it come out gravy on top. Considering how long it probably would have taken to rectify, he made do. Don't skip the ice cream ball for dessert. We left pleasantly stuffed and with leftovers.

I go to Cheevers monthly for the past 10 years. The food is always delicious & the mimosas are perfect. And has an outstanding wine list as well. This place never disappoints and the service staff. Amazing! My favorite restaurant in OKC❤️
