Went there for my birthday dinner. Everything about the place was perfect. The guacamole was the best we've ever had - so fresh! And the butternut squash was absolutely delicious. Even my husband who does not like butternut squash thought it was tasty. All of the food was outstanding.

The food was outstanding. The server was very friendly, but unfortunately made several mistakes which caused long wait times. They were out of ingredients for a signature cocktail. After ordering, we were informed they were also out of one of three main courses offered for restaurant week (on a Wednesday.) Much improvement needed.

Interesting experience during restaurant week. Chris the server was very nice and took our drink order timely. Service overall was a bit slow given there were only 2 servers the entire time we were there. Our server also worked the door, fetched ice for the bar among other tasks while also serving tables and this is during Restaurant Week? While we sipped our drinks waiting on the 1st course, I killed a couple bees crawling up the window next to us, but no biggie. But half way through my beer I noticed a large crack running down the glass, Chris apologized and happily replaced my beer. Empanadas is what Che is known for and they were great. The cheese fondue was very good, but the corn chips were stale and not fresh. Both main courses we ordered from the restaurant week menu were extremely over-seasoned and an extreme amount of heat from the spices persisted. Crispy chix thigh had the bone in it although we were told by the server it was boneless - I would not have ordered that dish had I known it was bone-in, very little meat. Skirt steak also extremely spicy and my wife struggled to finish it. Dessert was good. So all-in-all it is hard to 100% judge a restaurant from a singular Restaurant Week experience, but unfortunately I would only go back for the empanadas, which would be worth a return visit.

Our server was very attentive and the chef came to our table twice to ensure our skirt steak order was to our liking 😊. We had a great time and the food was delicious- we will be back!

Ordered the Spring special- $36.00 appetizer, main course and dessert- plus I ordered my favorite: Butternut squash soup! Food was very tasty and so fresh. My friend and I ordered two empanadas: spinach & chicken salsa verde; the skirt steak tacos served with chips and guacamole; and the apple & caramel empanada. All great choices and delicious.

The food was okay. I’m not sure if it was because it was an hour before close the food just seemed very mid. The server seemed confused and frazzled. Not sure if it was worth the money for what we all received.

I’m not aware of any other Argentine restaurants in Cincinnati, regardless the food speaks for itself. Authentic and delicious flavors, smart preparation served within an eclectic, yet lovely interior. This is a neighborhood spot you need to try.

The only negative to the whole experience was being seated next to the bathrooms for out meal. In hindsight we should have asked to move but that's the only negative.

My husband and I went to Che for a spontaneous date night. We loved the small plates. We shared the gorgonzola salad, the fundido (cheese dip), and five different empanadas. Everything was delicious. The cocktail menu is a lot of fun. There are some really unusual choices, and the drink I had was delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The service was prompt, friendly and informative. We will definitely be back.

Loved our dinner at Che in Obrienville. The four of us all enjoyed empanadas for dinner (delish!), I had butternut squash soup to go with it, and friends each chose salads. Everything was really good. We also loved that we could talk with each other - the table was separated from the near neighbor table by a curtain, and the overall noise level was pretty decent for conversation (but still lively). We will be back.

Great food, lots of options for everyone at your table. Drinks and dessert was delicious. Service was excellent/ Only problem was it was cold but the temp outside was below freezing. So if you visit in the cold weather wear a sweater

Very good food. Slight hiccup with our order but they fixed it very quickly. Will for sure be back to try the rest of the empanadas. We miss Pampas but Che is pretty good.

Server was very sweet but also seemed very new. The food and atmosphere was a nice change from the normal dining experience. We will visit again and looks to be a good spot to take visiting relatives and friends.
