We are back in Beaumont for May's Sunday Spirit club, featuring an all-Edmonton lineup from Hansen Distillery! We are SO excited to welcome back Sean "The Dark Cloud" Kincaid, who will be handpicking four spirits to taste from Hansen's award winning line of whisky, gin, vodka, and cream liquor. You will be greeted with a reception cocktail created by our Bar Dad, Mike, followed by a tasting of each spirit paired to a small bite created by Chef Travis Golbeck, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character. Tickets are $60 each, and you'll have the option of picking from a 4pm seating OR 6:30pm seating. We hope to see you there!

Take a paddle through the Alberta producers we support without ever leaving your table. We're excited to welcome back the Canoe Trip - a once-a-month six course tasting menu designed for those who like to try "a little bit of everything" when they go out for a special meal. The cost is $90/person + GST and gratuity, with drink pairings available for an additional $40 (non-alcoholic drink pairings are also available) All you have to do is sit back, relax, & enjoy your evening as we guide you through "the best of Chartier". Tickets are $60 each, with two seatings available (4pm or 6pm)- we hope to see you there!
