Take a paddle through the Alberta producers we support without ever leaving your table. We're excited to welcome back the Canoe Trip - a once-a-month six course tasting menu designed for those who like to try "a little bit of everything" when they go out for a special meal. The cost is $90/person + GST and gratuity, with drink pairings available for an additional $40 (non-alcoholic drink pairings are also available) All you have to do is sit back, relax, & enjoy your evening as we guide you through "the best of Chartier". Please email tamara@dinechartier.com to discuss allergy/dietary restrictions prior to booking. The canoe trip is offered on the first Tuesday of every month only.

Join us on Sunday, June 16th to celebrate Papa Bear! We'll be featuring a brunch charcuterie for $65 per person, with optional Alberta craft beer flight. Littles (age 12 years and under) will have the option to order from our feature kids offerings ($20 per person). Seatings are 1.75 hours each, and our a la carte brunch menu will not be available this day.

There's no better spirit that captures the essence of summer than TEQUILA! That's why we've invited one of our favourite reps, Phil Blazusiak, who will be handpicking three of his favourite tequilas from the Espolon portfolio. You will be greeted with a reception cocktail created by our Bar Dad, Mike, followed by a tasting of each spirit paired to a small bite created by Chef Travis Golbeck, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character. Tickets are $60 each, with two seatings available (4pm or 6pm)- we hope to see you there!
