Took my wife and son out for dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day. We really enjoyed the food and service. The manager stopped by to see if we liked everything. Great place.

The restaurant was very accommodating with a las minute reservation. While they had 900 Mothers Day guests, the entire staff was calm, gracious and efficient. The food, as usual, was delicious - well prepared and presented. My wife, the mother of our children, had a chopped salad and lobster, with the chocolate lava cake for desert. I had a Caesar salad, prime rib and key lime pie.

We had my elderly parents with 1 in a wheelchair the other a walker. And they wanted to seat us down the stairs. And got a bit attitude when we couldn't. The food was great and the server was fantastic. However I didn't realize we had to pay for water. But over all was a fantastic experience also the restaurant website said dress code nobgym clothes and quite a few people where dressed in basketball shorts and t-shirts. Ruined the fancy experience

The website was misleading. They had all their menus published, so we assumed the lunch menu would be available during lunch. We got there and they said they only had the $72/person holiday menu available. We almost left, but the waiter said we could order only appetizers. 2 apps for about $50 was a bit much. The food was excellent and the view incredible. I was disappointed in the management’s unapologetic attitude. He said they were calling everyone who had made reservations, but I did not get that call. They should have made it very clear on their website or honored the other menus. False advertising, to say the least. Our waiter, however, was very kind, helpful, and professional.

The food wasn’t the best my steak looked bad with lots of fat. It looked almost microwaved not grilled. It was very hot inside. Dishes had a lot of grime on them. Place was clean and nice. Definitely not worth the price but it’s based on the “experience “. Waitress was amazing and sweet didn’t let out water get low.

Our waitress took 20 minutes for every single thing we needed. So far it has been the worst customer service experience I endured. Also the food wasn’t the best, this was my second time going and the food actually tasted worse the 2nd time. The salad tasted like it’s been sitting outside for some time, the prime rib was dry and tasteless. The only delicious thing about it was the mashed potatoes. Everything was over priced for a mediocre experience. I was expecting better from tower of the Americas but your A games must’ve been off.

Definitely a nice place to eat because of the views. Better way to see the view of the city. All of our meals were good. The Maui was excellent. We liked the fondue.

Our waiter was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the views were amazing. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends. I would however, not recommend going to the bar first. The ladies were rude and inattentive. They were gathered around each other talking as if no one else were there. (we were the only ones there at the time)

The Chart House had good food and great views of the city. However, the ambiance is very outdated and the elevators are sketchy and the rotating dining room is not super smooth you can feel bumps and slow downs. For the money, the experience should continue to be maintained. Overall, it is an experience but not one I would choose to pay for again.

Our server, Nicole, surprised us with her exceptional service even though it was only her 2nd day on the job. She was very accommodating and really knowledgeable about the menu.

Overall a great special occasion restaurant, the Chart House boasts a view that cannot be matched and yet retains great staff and reasonable prices. The food was quite good, but not excellent. Too many of the dishes feature garlic--a sure sign of a chef who doesn't otherwise know how to add flavor and interest. Kids menu had plenty of choices--mac 'n cheese was great. Lava cake was just okay--adding unnecessary textures & flavors takes away from the genius of this very simple and elegant dessert. If we lived in town we would come at least once a year.

The food was delicious, the prices aren’t bad and the service was on point. However, the restaurant has a musty scent that hits you as the elevator door opens. We didn’t get to experience the skyline views as the day was heavily overcast and cloudy. It is definitely an experience to be had.

We did like the setting, but we did not get bread and after the appetizers we asked why we had not received it and our server did not have an answer, but went back and brought us bread,. The time between appetizers and main course, although ordered at the same time, was over 45 minutes . When asked regarding desserts, she did not mention ice cream When we saw another table getting ice cream we inquired and she said that they did have ice cream . The location and food were good

I've been to this restaurant back in 2019 and I got the impression that the quality has gone down since then. The food is still ok, but not as outstanding as it was at the previous occasion. Furthermore, the waiter made mistakes when taking orders (probably because he did not write anything down). Furthermore, nobody asked whether food and/or service were ok, as they are supposed to do. On the positive side: ambience and the view are spectacular.

Incredible experience. Our Server JP did an outstanding job. We came here for our Highschool prom dinner and he did an amazing job at treating us like adults. Overall 10/10 experience and 100% worth missing prom because of fiesta traffic. Lol.

For the price just felt lack luster, my house special salmon was dry and very charred on the bottom and my friends steak was like warm when it hit the table. I understand this is me as but I’ve never been to a place that serves New England clam chowder with no salted pork or oyster crackers. Cocktails where delicious but for what we paid for the meal expected better.

The food was amazing. I had the blackened linguine with scallops and shrimp. Scallops were cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious. My son had the salmon dish, it was delicious as well.
