    Service was friendly but very slow. Seems our server was focused on a large table in her section. Took 10-15 minutes to be greeted, some drinks took a very long time, we had to ask for rolls which came immediately before our food and one item we ordered never arrived. On the other hand, fish and meat were nicely cooked and very tasty. They also dealt with a severe allergy very well, although substituting a baked potato for the side that wasn’t allergy friendly was $5.

    We do not put up with poor service and w e left before drinks served - over 30 minutes. Poor waitress overwhelmed .. poor mgt of restaurant.. charge more and hire more people or reduce tables … bad service is death

    Our first experience after we moved seattle it was so wonderful. He has been a handful of times and it has never been the same. Often times they don’t. Last night we were celebrating and two appetizers were never brought to the table. We were seated right at our reservation, 7 PM and did not even get our dinner until 9 PM, patient polite had to check in with her several times. She was a bit overwhelmed and was never Apologetic Disappoint. My salmon was delicious, but the other food was OK. They tried to make up for it by removing one dinner from our bill. We still paid nearly $300.

    We went for a high school graduation and turns out so did many other families. The Chart House staff handled it well. The hostess was especially sweet and our waiter was awesome - efficient and made us laugh. We all enjoyed our meal very much.

    Food was good and always is, the staff was nice but the level of service was not commensurate with price. Great location. Celebrated BDay but no recognition.

    Despite having a reservation for over 2 weeks we were continuously pushed to the bottom of the list with others who came long after us being seated first. We had a 90 year old who uses a walker with us and we were still treated very poorly by the 3 hostesses. We finally got seated 45 minutes after our reservation time and the service was extremely slow. Food was good but we were all in a bad mood by the time we got seated.

    We had reservations at 530 for our anniversary , we were not seated until 550 , after talking with hosts 2 x. That was a bummer . The restaurant was extremely noisy , it was grad night ... Which I didn't consider when Making the reservations. Service was not bad, not horrible. Food arrived quick and was very good. Server was nice .

    I know it was a busy night but the service needs to be managed better. Servers don’t need to be refilling waters, sodas and bread, that what the runner and bus people are for.
