On prior visits I did not have a valet service park me, I used handicap space. Theee were usually 2 attendants in the garage, should all spaces be filled, that would park you for a fee. Now everyone must pay a $8 fee including disabled plus tip for bringing car back to ypu. I stood for 15 minutes waiting for my car and keys when I was parked within 50 ft of the door of Resturant. Both of my knees required braces that day. The remainder of my visit was excellent. My waitress Nancy is an asset to ChartHouse . Food was fabulous. Highly recommend this resturant.

Location is wonderful. Crab cake appetizer was delicious. I usually order the herb crusted salmon. But this time the taste was bland and color very pale. Waitress said it was because I did not order the King Salmon. Will never order again

the views alone are worth visiting Chart House! Our table was a few feet away from the waves and we enjoyed watching the pelicans and seagulls, along with outrigger canoes and sailboats. it was too cloudy to see the sunset but it would be spectacular on a clear evening. Our server Sean was friendly and attentive.

Our waiter was courteous and prompt. The food was delicious and the table by the window was such a treat! It was my and my husbands anniversary celebration and our waiter brought us a tasty desert to finish off our amazing dinner. Thank you!

It started by pulling up to find out the valet parking was full. This is around marina and apartments so no available public spots. We pulled in and no place to park; said we’d wait til someone leaves; not able. Looked around for parking then finally found a spot on the busy streets with bikes passing close by and cars. I am not really excited to park my car along this busy area but I have to. Then walked to the restaurant with my sore swollen knee. Approached hostess stand to find out they are running late. 20-30 mins. No sympathy just stated not “their fault”. So now we have to wait in crowded busy bar area so I go to get a glass of wine. Had to get bartenders attention asked for two glasses of wine, and first thing he says as I’m holding my credit card was I “closing out.” ?? No smile, no welcome; just rushed and another miserable server. I asked to speak to the manager and the hostess motioned for the lady that was standing there who was Claudia, the executive chef She did apologize and said they have no control over what happens because they are corporately owned. She did offer an appetizer or dessert complimentary. Finally, we were seated 45 minutes late. Our server Kelli was lovely and took care of us however service was very slow which is probably part of all the reason so many people we waiting to be seated late for their reservations. The food was good. No complaints there. Just a very disappointing evening after much anticipation of going to Chart House, which I have been going to for years, to celebrate. It seemed like everyone that worked there (except Kelly, was passed off or in a bad mood and we were on the receiving end of it and were paying for it literally and figuratively. Just a lousy experience!

The food had good quality ingredients, but everyone’s food was overdone. The waiter was nice and friendly but didn’t have the experience or training. Chart House is a sentimental favorite, but they don’t seem like they care about delivering a first rate dining experience.

We had a wonderful meal and time. The ocean view was spectacular at sunset.
